heartwarming episode..so sad that Sasori had to go so fast and easy...Anyway Sai has emotions and he is very vulnerable because he can build relationships with others. Deidara you r the only 1 left- I'm so happy about this!

Shin and Sasori were pretty pointless other than giving them more fleshed out characters and developing Sai as well

I loved this episode. The ost, flashbacks and everything and I finally like Sasori after that scene. He smiled. Damn, I'm so curious how Sasuke will react to seeing Itachi again. That's going to be sad.
Come on man, where is that Noragami season 3 masterpiece. We want it, Bones!

Sai is so cringe. Still not sure who I dislike more, Kabuto or Sai. What the backstory showed was that his character introduction to team 7 was complete bs. The backstory tries to show him turning off his emotions after his brother died, but his entire character was that he had been raised to not even know what emotions were. For example, when he first met Sasuke he was making a big deal about being afraid and feeling fear when he wasn't supposed to have emotion but we see plenty of fear when he has to face his brother to the death. This guy had to be taught what a smile was by Sakura but is laughing and smiling all throughout his backstory...stupid.

The only good thing that has happened since the beginning of this war was Gaara's speech. I hate the reanimation; it's super op, hack and cheap. There should be a MAJOR cost to the user (like not being able to move or cast an more jutsu), a time limit or they should not be indestructible (that's the most ridiculous part).

good episode and all, but i expected little more fight from kankuro x sasori.

sai vs his brother though was ok, didn't expected them to engage for full fledge battle.

LOL i wonder who's gonna use who at the end, kabuto using tobio or the opposite xD

so I'm assuming the weakness of edo tensei is that when the victim reaches his emotional climax he will break out of it, that's the blindspot of how kabuto's unit for this episode is, now that we've seen the weakness, will he be able to work on the technique in just a short time? that's tons of edo tensei units tho

It's always interesting to see that Sasori and Deidara art dynamic, the puppeteers final convo was really cool.

I just realized after so many years that Anko doesn't wear bra, that's pretty hot tbh.

Looks like the Edo Tensei isn't as broken as it seems. There's still some flaw in them. Looks like Kabuto hasn't used it to his full potential.

Ngl Shin and Sasori's death were kinda sad even though they didn't have enough screen time after being reanimated.

Looks like when they feel they have achieved everything they wanted, their souls are set free or something like that.

Apparently edo tensei actually gives resurrected ones about 20% of their power, otherwise I see no possible answer for this ep.

First part with Sasori and Deidara "fighting" looked lame, surprisingly Sai and Shin moments didn't give me any feels as well, but there suddenly came part where Sasori passed away. Previously in my eyes he had been pretty bland character, with sad past for sure yet without any deeper intent, just villain living for weird sake of his "art" and I only started to like him a bit when he died, his last moments were intresting. In this episode, during his short talk with Kankuro, finally I could truly see depth of his character and that his "art" isn't at all like Deidara's "kaboom" - just another villain-typical excuse to raise a riot - but something with much more intresting meaning.

This episode made me gain more respect for Sasori and finally stirred up some feels since edo tensei had been activated. Mostly for the 2nd part, 5/5

It's great to be able to see more of Sai's past, from the chapter I only didn't like how easily they defeated Sasori and Deidara
