Don't ask how I found this lmao, but yup; apparently thigh photography is a big deal in Japan, and I have to admit the photography (and thighs) were pretty good; 10/10. Plus, they have cats! Unfortunately, the date for this specific exhibition has passed.... Now why couldn't anime be as good as these thigh photos?
Now visitors can gaze at the beauty of Japanese thighs in a more tropical environment.
Since its opening in 2014, the TODAYS GALLERY STUDIO in Tokyo’s Asakusabashi district has been drawing crowds of visitors to its premises with a number of photo exhibitions dedicated to the beauty of young women’s thighs.
Now it’s time for another new instalment in the popular leg-centric series shot by Japanese photographer Yuria, with a brand new photo exhibition dubbed the “The World of Thigh Photography: Tropical Edition“.
As the name suggests, the photos in this series capture the beauty of thighs abroad, in tropical locations around Guam, where the artistically displayed body parts can be seen against backdrops of white sandy beaches and crystal-blue waters.
According to the photographer, the new exhibition includes 500 new photos, with more than a thousand thighs on display, some posing seductively on their own…
▼ And others paired together.
While the majority of Yuria’s works are set outdoors, she also includes a number of more intimate indoor shots, as part of her overarching goal to show the artistic side of thigh fetishism.
Visitors to the exhibition will be able to purchase specially made merchandise as part of the event. Goods include a selection of thigh-adorned stationery files…
▼ Bookmarks…
▼ Round badges…
▼ Postcard sets…
▼ And photo books like this one, which combines women’s thighs with the world of felines.
Due to the immense popularity of Yuria’s works, her original World of Thigh Photography exhibition, which was previously shown in Tokyo, will now be heading out to Nagoya from 1-5 May this year.
While the new “Tropical Edition” will be on display in Tokyo from 21 April to 14 May.
Whether you’re interested in photography, curious about Japanese pop culture, or if you simply have a soft spot for women’s thighs, a visit to one of Yuria’s exhibitions will definitely be an eye-opening experience.

I don't know why people write that they are approachable persons,
if you were you wouldn't be on MAL.

Extended families or lovers on MAL are a farce.

It's all according to keikaku and am I kawaii all over again.
It's an acquired taste. I never really understood the niche stuff you could find in anime, like lolis, bishies, maids, traps, thighs, kneesocks, etc. But after enough exposure, they're all suddenly good things, and I still don't understand why.
