^ My exact thoughts. I keep thinking... All homunculus will go down in no time~ (but please don't take Greed away >.<)

As I predicted, the little girl would obviously fall for Envy's tricks and get back to his original monsterlike self.
General Grumman is funny as hell yet again, perverted old man.

We start off with Wrath and Greed battling...kind of, I guess seeing old memories and Ling got to him.

Jesus Father Armstrong and Alex literally are the same... just that father has a beard. Does that look run in the family? Not complaining just a question. cx

I love how the family is casually leaving and goinh on vacation while Alex and Olivier are brawlinh in their vicinity. That is amusing.

And now all the pieces start to fall into place. Everyone begins to move as the promised day arrives.

Didn't think Ed would be seperated from Winry and Al for so long. Reunion is going to be sweet.

My main gripe with the show lately is that Kimblee's actions seem unmotivated. I think it made sense that when Kimblee got out of prison he would go after Scar (a criminal Ishvalan survivor), but eventually Kimblee just turned in this nebulous evil character and it's not clear why he's carving the crest of blood in the North and it's not clear why he's doing what the homunculi want him to.

That animation behind Greed vs. Wrath's duel was simply amazing and indeed pleasant to watch. Great job!

Olivier vs Alex moment was good as well, but more as a funny scene, not something serious like Greed's attack on Bradley. ;p If we add to it General Grumman's sense of humor in the end of this episode, we will get a fine balance between seriousness, action, delightful animation and frivolous moments.

Ling might be my favorite character in this whole series. That's saying a lot since I like quite a few characters too!

Mei let her feelings get the best of her because of Envy's smooth talk and the kindness of the villagers from the town by the desert. It's not really her business to meddle in Amestrian affairs but the people who lives there are too kind to ignore.

Ling finally got a hold of his own body in addition to Greed realizing that further affiliation with any of the Homunculi will be impossible after that stunt he pulled off in the Bradley Residence. Gredlin joins the party!

What a complicated and entertaining way to let people know about the big day~

Another exhilarating episode!

The fight between Greed and Wrath was well-animated! And in the end, Greed cut his ties with the rest of the homunculi. He did it before, so might as well do it again, right?

A fight between the Armstrong siblings went just how I'd expect it to. Oliver doesn't take shit from anyone. Even though she has a tough exterior, she was able to get her family out of the country and to a safer place. I'm amused at their reactions too.

May's going back to Central. Envy you manipulative bastard!

There were a lot of phone calls made that day. And the more (good) people who are in the know, the better.

Ed is now in Greed's posse. I really liked the ED this time showing a bit of every character. Noice!

this episode had so many GREAT scenes!!!

the greed vs wrath fight scene was so good!! but far too short for my liking haha

olivier vs alex was a funny moment too, loved it. olivier wiped the floor with him as she should! but i love the hints towards her softer side

ooooh envy is so evil for manipulating may!

ling and greed are both fighting for control of ling's body, and now ed and the chimera have joined forces with him too

the chain of passing on messages was funny and really inventive!

This episode managed to make the two "good" generals look terrible. Could they really not think of a way to characterize Grumman and Olivier without reinforcing the theme that Olivier is a cruel bully and introducing Grumman as a sexual predator?

Message passing was fun, as was the fleshing out of Greed/Ling. Not sure how Colonel Mustang thought hiding from Hawkeye wouldn't manage to make him look MORE suspicious than if he'd had a casual conversation.
Every day you can read a book or watch some anime is a good day!

The relaying of messages were well done, setup the Promised Day really nicely with maintaining a lot of tension and hype in the process too. I'm so gassed for that.

Bradley vs Greed was again a really stellar fight too. Some great directing as well featured overall for the choreogeaphy despite the short length.

It should be noted that alex IS actually stronger than olivier. It's just that alex can't help but to hold back while olivier doesn't give two shits

even the chimera hybrids admit they're clueless of their own motivations. Drachma's existence used as a convenience to progress the story, learn nothing about that or even xing. I also don't get why they're bringing back all these characters that we haven't seen for 30 eps

I like how they managed to get the message around to all their close allies, but it doesn't seem to provide much information other than "something's gonna happen, sometime next year"

Poor Dobby-- er Bido
I wonder if Edward and those two ex-soldiers came up with some type of plan before joining up with Greed
Anyway, I like seeing the little covert ways Riza and Roy exchange information
