Definitely one of my favorite episodes so far. Right from the start, it felt like there was something different about Miranda. Incredibly heartwarming, especially that silhouette of leaves as the father and mother's spirits departed.

Akko gets into trouble again! xD The ending with Miranda and his father was good! The episodic nature of this show is not boring and never repetitive. Is always funny and we now much more about the world and characters! 4/5
All weebs creatures of the galaxy, hear this message. Those of you who listen will not be struck by western animation. You will no longer know hunger, nor pain. Your Anime have come to lead you now. Our strength shall serve as a luminous sun toward which all intelligence may blossom. And the impervious shelter beneath which you will prosper. However, for those who refuse our offer and cling to their western animation ways… For you, there will be great wrath.

Miranda's father is very funny, another very nice and pleasant episode to see from the beginning to the end.

Despite my love for this show, this episode felt a bit forgettable. It had its moments, but it felt more like filler to me.

That shopkeep has a western look to his art depiction. Reminded me of crappy western cartoons that I don't care at all to watch.

He definitely had a great ending, although if he had been a normal dead man and not Miranda's father they would have received a great punishment, but it seems that his path is already destined to bring peace through problems (I mean it in a good way).
Sometimes otakus are rejected by society, so I discovered that it is much better to be an
otaku in secret.

A nice little episode here although definitely not the best it has offered. I like how subtly Akko is developing even if from the outside she may look clueless and dumb still, she's showcasing a small growth in her abilities when she really had none before and she's also slowly becoming more cautious too surrounding magic and everything else around her by preparing stuff to help her out even when she gets into trouble.

The ending with Miranda and the skeleton was touching too.

Man, Trigger cannot make an emotional scene work for shit, they're just way too straightforward and awkward. And they had it set up so perfectly too.

I knew the guy in the shop looked familiar! They actually based him off Chumlee, too.

Miranda's father seemed like a nice man. I teared up near the end. I suppose the punishment they got was nowhere near as bad as it could've been, but I'm also surprised at Miranda's age. She's gotta be at least 200!

Just knowing they were able to meet again despite the harsh circumstances and be able to say their last few sentences before leaving again made me sad but also filled with happiness.  I know this shit can't happen in real life, it's an awful aspect to not be able to do a proper goodbye to people you love as it's very rare for it.  Being able to witness this despite the fantastical element makes me so teary eyed just thinking about it.

This episode was garbage. A Fairy Tale style of writing is an insult to the viewer. Not to mention the art and animation quality is a step down.

Raising the dead, destruction of propriety, littering, terrorizing civilians with a sharp blade. Punishment? Fixing broken brooms ofcourse, because she is the main character and we still have more episodes to animate.

The only way to move on is to wipe this episode from memory.
@Noblood im guessing you didnt get a lot attention growing up
