| @Phanuel recommending you something that wasn't already on your list was...tough. So I decided to stick with recommending one, or few of my favorites. I decided to recommend The Heroic Legend of Arslan. It's written by the author of Fullmetal Alchemist, and is still publishing. Also Unholy Blood. It's an action vampire manhwa, with quality art, and an overpowered female lead to boot. I'm also recommending Aisopos. It's a historical manhwa with a very unique art style. I did look through your ptr and spotted Skyhigh and Natsume's Book of Friends, two reads I enjoyed, so I'm including them in my recs. Hope you enjoy. |

Hello! As you'll see on my manga page I don't have too many things I've read or plan on reading. So if you'd like to recommend anything for me, please recommend something you really enjoyed, I love seeing what others enjoy! Thank you (*´▽`*)
| @Marzipan-Goose My recommendation for you would be Bakuman. - a series from the same authors as Death Note. It's about mangakas trying to become pros, so in addition to the main story of rivalries and romances, you get to experience a lot of different settings too - it's like multiple mangas in one :D The series they write about range from psychological thrillers or action-packed fights to cozy fantasy settings with beautiful art or simple gag 4komas. From the Classroom of Truth, where you die if you lie and have to play hide-and-seek against yourself, or the author's re-interpretation of their other series, e.g.: The 'Reversi' manga is a clear reflection of the Death Note manga, both starring two brilliant rival protagonists that mirror each other. It's even a commentary on the original Death Note, how the author believes it should have ended when L died, but due to the producer's pushing to continue the series just because it was popular against the authors' vision, lead to enshittification and a slow bleed. In the manga, they explore a different world of what could have been. As for me, give me the mundanest, trashiest isekai slop you guys have (but, like, with a twist and stuff). |

| @Marzipan-Goose Ayy you said to recommend favorites sooo without further ado I'll be recommending Dead Dead Demons Dededede Destruction, it's by the author of Oyasumi Punpun, which I saw you were reading. It's pretty much the first manga I really enjoyed, don't be fooled by the name lol. Another is Karakuri Circus. Pretty much the greatest thing I've ever read. As much as I'd like to gatekeep it, I can't resist the opportunity to possibly introduce someone to this amazing work of fiction. Hope you enjoy |

| @Sam565 Usotsuki Satsuki wa Shi ga Mieru might fit the bill. It is a horror manga, but the story has a lot of mystery-solving plots because of the protagonist and the things that weirdly happen around her. As for me, while I am not reading much manga right now because of being too busy, I'd appreciate any game worldbuilding manga similar to Alice in Borderland, which right now has a live action watched by a lot of people around the world. Being knowledgeable about the manga and it's related entries Alice on Border Road and Alice in Borderland Retry improved my experience watching the live action movie. A worldbuilding manga centered on games or challenges like that is something that I might really want to see and might make me go back to reading more manga. |

Is this my opportunity to recommend MASTER KEATON? :D
The characters are much older than in your suggestions so I'm not sure how you'll like it, but it's nice as a slow episodic mystery with a bit of action & slice of life~
one of my favorite series of all time. definitely not biased!
....For the next users - please rec me some webtoons, shoujo, crappy romcoms or fantasy/isekai or anything fun :^)
@ConstantReader That plot looks so messy lol. I like it.
@mi-chandesu I was thinking about Akabane during the MAL stack event :o Will take a look
Thanks for the recs!

| @coffeedrops You've got quite an good taste how did this one manwha went under your radar? I would like to suggest this one manwha (or webtoon, they're same right?). It's the one and only The Greatest Estate Developer. I can talk about it whole day, but keeping it spoiler free. This one is not your typical hero reincarnation into another world story (maybe it revolves around that theme) but it's established itself far more than that. It was kind of underrated until recently, it's famous for its story and moreover it's Comedy. It was a really fun read for me always eager for next chapter and what new shenanigans the characters are upto. It completely embraced it's comedy aspect and kept it funny till the end. It's not like Comedy carried the series, the main plot was also interesting. Highly Recommended. Yes, it is a complete story, finished recently so no more waiting for next chapter. I believe it will be a binge read for most of y'all. So don't sleep on it and read it. If you're looking for some good romcom in webtoon domain, there is this one underrated one called Villan with a crush. It's also a recently completed story. You're in for a fun ride with hilarious misunderstanding turning into situational comedy. It's a good read for casuals and doesn't demand a binge in one sitting. I hope you like this one. Since I'm a fan of such Isekai manwha you can recommend me some of your favs, there's this one manwha I've gotten into recently, it's The Tryant of the Tower Defence Game . I would be really grateful if you could recommend me a manwha with such a theme or story. It's like mc shouldn't be all too powerful but clever along with great world building and fun side characters. This two are the main aspects I'm looking for so I ask for your suggestions. |

| @Asylum0741 While not an isekai, I'd recommend the manhwa The Ember Knight. The main character is very entertaining and along with the prequel Gilgamesh, the story takes place in quite an interesting world with many fun side characters. As for me, I'm always reading manga but I'd appreciate any recommendations (from my PTR or not) for what to read next. I'll take just about anything, but I would like for it to be completed. |

As for me, I've been reading a lot of webtoons lately of a certain theme but now I'd like to read some more that are related to hunters (like special civil servant or S-class hunters etc). | @Rinarin Thanks for the recommondations Rinarin! I like the art style of See you Later Mermaid, definitely put that on my Plan to Read! Yoake no Uta has a bit of a more unique art style, but the story does sound interesting, might give that one a shot. I actually have Hana nomi no Shiru, I'll see this as a sign I should finally start it :D |

| @coffeedrops Have you read Study Group? It's about a guy who wants to get good grades so he joins a study group. Things, however, aren't as expected. @sam565 Mieruko-Chan is a nice horror manga. It's about a girl who can see creatures. As for me, anything with nice art. I prefer those with clean lines and well-designed characters. I have a broad preference: anything from post-apocalyptic, mecha, military, isekai, romcom, music, adventure, horror, gag, school life, sol. Plus points if there's romance between the main characters. If the plot gets boring, I'll drop it, no questions. Also, I don't enjoy too much drama, nudity, and excessive gore/violence. |

| @Marzipan-Goose I'd like to recommend a shoujo romantic comedy manga where the girl has to pretend to be a boy at an all-boys school. Yes, our protagonist goes through some very funny situations throughout the story. The manga is called Boku ni Natta Watashi. The story follows Momoko, whose life is turned upside down when her twin brother, Akira, runs away from home to become a photographer, leaving only a note. Her mother decides that Momoko must pretend to be Akira until he returns, forcing her to cut her hair and enroll in his school. I really enjoyed this manga and laughed a lot. MY TICKETS: |

recommendations @sam565 kuroshitsuji is a shonen fantasy and supernatural mystery (with some horror and action) set in victorian era england. the story gets darker and more messed up as it progresses. brutal is a detective manga with a unique plot (mal synopsis explains it better than i ever could), and it contains gore horror. check out gantz too, it's a high stakes survival game manga that contains gore horror and supernatural/monsters. this manga's also one of the few lucky series to have pretty good live action adaptations (japanese movies) if you're interested that. @detaramemal me and roboco is a very underrated and overhated (by global audiences for some weird reason) manga that's still publishing in weekly shonen jump. it's kinda similar to doraemon (a boy with a robot cat sidekick who has a magic pocket), except this series is about a boy with a muscular robot maid sidekick and more chaos, more comedy (and parody references too), and endearing girlfailure behavior (she tries her best). @kta_99 saint oniisan is a seinen comedy slice of life! the manga has a wild concept but there's nothing intentionally offensive. dekineko is a comedy slice of life manga about a giant pet cat who's also the nanny/caretaker/butler of his owner (an office lady). it seems bizarre and surreal but it's very cute, funny and heartwarming. @scarletcelestial tarot cafe is an old favorite of mine! @stuntdrath brutal is really nice, it has gore. it's violent and with a purpose. @marzipan-goose hi again! i'd like you to give pppppp a try. i'm recommending you my #1 favorite once more lol. this is a shonen battle manga with a twist, they're fighting with musical instruments instead of superhuman powers. i got hooked immediately when i first picked this up. it has gorgeous, unique art and i love how creative the author is - he uses panelling, angles and visual storytelling to convey the songs being played (it's hard to publish a music manga, we can't hear it on paper after all). the author also did a great job of getting me emotionally invested in the characters. |

@Dido16 I see in your list you also like some BL romcon, so i think you'll love these: - Ke Zai Meiyan Jian (also name Engraved on My Heart) I can recommended anything from Liang Azha to be honest hahaha - [Wish] A Clamp Classic - An Hour of Romance I'm reading this one,it's not a BL, but recommended for any roncon manwha fan. For me, i really like manwha / manga with the plot of the ML got isekaized in the villainess of the story (something like Villains Are Destined to Die) but i having trouble to find some manga with a good story with this plot. I'd like any suggestions of manga and/or manwhas with this plot |

hello! if anyone has recommendations for gut punch manga on the shorter side, something like My Broken Mariko or Takopii no Genzai, i would very much appreciate them <3
| @zhabnica If you want to tear up I recommend Orange. It's only 6 volumes with the 7th one being side stories. For my recommendation, I would like a fantasy, historical manga (: |

@SenpaiList (just in case, sorry for the double ping)
I quite enjoyed Kamisama ga Machigaeru. It's a pleasant and short read (4 volumes) with a hint of mystery. The concept itself is also entertaining!
I'd like to read a manga which is more story-based, as I have trouble finding those. I have a lot of gag-manga/case of the week added (think like SKET Dance, Hinamatsuri, Gokushufudou), but I can't seem to come across any interesting ones with a great story/concept, so would appreciate some recommendations! :D

CukieMunster said: For my recommendation, I would like a fantasy, historical manga (: I'll give you a few, as there's a lot of fantasy to choose from with different historical vibes: 1) The Knight Blooms Behind Castle Walls, a charming 3-volume series about a young girl disguising her gender to train as a knight. There's not much fantasy in this one other than wish-fulfillment (what are the odds she wouldn't be discovered?), but it has strong historicity. 2) Basara, a true classic. On the one hand, this is technically science fiction and the future rather than fantasy and the past. On the other hand, some kind of apocalypse brought the world back to historical technology levels, and so the way the characters live comes across as historical rather than futuristic; plus, there's strong fantasy elements of prophecy and intelligent animals, so... 3) A Raven For All Seasons, which composes part of last year's anime Yatagarasu. This manga's four volumes covers only the POV of the characters who stay within the women's palace, who are desperately trying to get the attention of the Crown Prince, and resorting to all sorts of dirty tricks to get it. As for fantasy... well, even though they look human, everyone is in fact a bird-person shapeshifter - and this becomes a relevant plot point when bodies pile up and investigators need to account for flying intruders. For my recommendation, I'm in the mood for something that's complete, not too long (less than 20 volumes), and fits at least one of the following descriptors: adventure, sci-fi, fantasy, historical, slice of life, gourmet, award-winning. |

If plot, then you should definitely read Chainsaw Man. I like it a lot, there's so many plot twists in it. The main character is really good, too. My favourite arc is the Reze Arc.
I'm also looking for any recommendations!

| @KrypRem I would recommend you read The drifting classroom. It is a classic horror manga. Seeing as you are ok with violence in your manga i think you will enjoy this one. https://myanimelist.net/manga/970/Hyouryuu_Kyoushitsu I'm ok with being recommended anything |

| @Konan_Edogawa_ Since you're fine with being recommended anything, I'll recommend a few manga and manhwa I really enjoyed, hope that's fine: The One Within the Villainess (Manga, completed) - Has a unique twist on the isekai genre, since we don't follow the story of the person who reincarnated into the villainess but instead it starts when the og villainess regains control of her body and starts to avenge the otherworlder who disappeared after getting betrayed by other characters. I loved the art and seeing the MC outsmart others. Marry My Husband (Manhwa, completed)- Another revenge story with a smart FL, also reincarnated/went back in time. Mother's Contract Marriage (Manhwa, ongoing) - Another twist on the isekai genre, instead of the MC being reincarnated/going back in time, it's her mother who did. It also has unique art. Wind Breaker (Manga, ongoing) - A wholesome delinquents manga For my recommendation, I'd love something that fits the theme of girl with a goal: Basically a girl MC who tries to become the best in a specific field. It can be any field, from sports to arts, or even something else. I'd also like it if it has little to no romance (or at least if it does have romance not enough that it can be considered a main theme). |

| @YayakoChii If you're looking for manhwas, I would recommend New Normal:Class 8 It may seem like a gag manga at first, but as the story progresses, it deals with serious topics and becomes a drama. For my recommendation, I would like a manga with really short chapters, but a LOT of them, definitely over 400, ideally in the 1000+ range. Think Tomo-chan wa Onnanoko or Mousou Telepathy. |

| @LoopyDoopy I recommend you H.P. Lovecraft's The Shadow Over Innsmouth and the other adaptations from this person of Lovecraft stories. For me, recommend something you like, slice of life if possible, and something that doesnt have anime. Manwha can be too. |
