LLLEN using her brains to formulate a plan to use the terrain is great to see. But unfortunately, it seems this episode also deals with betrayal.

I have to say though, this season involved a lot of tactical strategies especially with how teams and individuals' roles are played out. Shirley is such a badas. She and Clarence had one of the best fights in this franchise in awhile imo.

That's so fast when we think two important side characters already sign off from SJ3 tournament. Just in eps 3 Clarence & Shirley already gone.

Really both of them are badass, and definitely both really more suitable for competing in Bullet of Bullets (BoB) tournament rather in team for SJ3 tournament.

Poor for them as didn't able to get revenge for Pitohui & LLENN, and we didn't see it the fight.

WTF why is there so much wrong with this episode

Enemies freezing when their teammate died next to them and taking 2 seconds to even turn around
That girl landing (almost) perfect hits with her sniper rifle while running
and doing that while dodging MG bullet and rushing towards the gunners source. Is she from Touhou or what is going on?
Why are people so surprised she has these extreme bullets exist? Is there no testing mode with unlimited resource and does nobody read the wiki?
In summary she handles this massive gun with almost no agility penalty. Author just did not bother with balancing his fictional game.
All these Ideas, like "betrayal", "grinding", "hiding from radar", "burning holes into the bullet proof minecart" (last episode), the distinct groups are coming up with are trivial and everyone should see that coming
Wtf even is this balancing. It is skill based and you can grind for additional advantages. Bad game design because it puts players with less time in an extreme disadvantage (and unrealistic because this constellation would in reality only exist with microtransactions that do not seem to exist in GGO)

Last episode was acceptable and entertaining, but this one is almost cringe and only offers "crazy girl" tropes

Hmm the slowly flooding area and the train cars sure make for quite the unique setting. Damm Clancey was the best trojan horse ever. But Shirley's entrance to the field was badass. Being that immensed in a game can't be a good thing though. Custom ammo sounds like a pretty OP skill. But Shirley really showed well how much her skills had improved in that display. The death match between Clarence and Shirley was pretty cool but damm brutal as hell.

Man i really love the GGO series, Shirley vs Clarence fight were really damn cool. I'm always left satisfied with each episodes. This series gave me the same vibe as when i watched Girls und Panzer which is one of my favorite series. Man, i gotta thanks Sigsawa Keiichi for making this spin-off~

And so we had our Celebrity Deathmatch between Clarence and Shirley, after they KO'd the allied force. An interesting, if somewhat quick end to our two middling antagonists.

And with that, the Allied Forces have all but been wiped out thanks to Clarence and Shirley going about with their different tactics. However, with the water closing in, both had to move, which led to them encountering each other, thus leading to them fight each other.

To sum up their fight, it was the case that they both underestimated each other. I did think for a second that Shirley would emerge victorious, but Clarence was very cunning with her last roll of the dice. If she was to be taken out, she would take Shirley with her and what a way for her to take her opponent out, even after being killed off herself.

This made for a pretty entertaining episode overall. =)

Stone Cold Steve Austin: DTA - Don't trust anyone.
I do feel sorry for Sam, he is a normal person who got caught up in this, and then exploded.
Now we know what Shirley was talking about in the first episode when she was looking at the bullet, good on her for putting in the effort to get better.
That was a really fun fight between Clarence & Shirley, I thought their personalities made have have great chemistry.
Looking forward to seeing what this special rule will be.

I have ADD, ADHD & AUTISM, but this won't stop me. Let's keep having fun together.

As the tides rise so does the tension. This was a great episode showing more of the minor characters as the squad jam map changes. Our main character team having to leave their secure position inside the train car. The allied teams plan to swarm them with their alliance has failed. With the ocean approaching them quickly it's time to go for everyone. Clarence joins the fun with a joker like mentality of just take over their operations then shoot them in the back. Its a brilliant if not wild plan, having the allied teams separate does make them easier to take out. Clarence acting on the obvious confusion they'd all feel hearing the gunfire acting totally innocent to keep taking more out. Running amuck as all the planning to take out Llenn team is gone out the window. Shirley the sniper did put up a good fight with Clarence. Their up close shots looked really cool and was pretty intense. Clarence doing the classic suicide grenade pull right as they died. Taking out poor Shirley in the process. Not only are most of the fodder gone now but a few heavy hitters as well.

Clarence is wild, also how convenient the two biggest threats to LFPM eliminates themselves and the other teams while LFPM wait to charge in.

For those who seems to forget some important elements:

ggo is a video game with rpg stats and other gameplay elements.

shirley put most of his stat points in agility, it probably have an effect on others targething

the ammo she use cost 50x normal price, not every one are ready for such thing in real mmo, even if its a tournament. Myself i'm not enchanting my stuff in WoW so...

the guys having a big 2 seconds reaction is just for us. in real , for the show caracters, it's probably a little 1/2 second. It's just a common momentum technic in video productions.

@RioFS I do wonder what this was going for. The visualization just made it seem even more unreasonable that they'd miss. Maybe some game mechanic I don't remember from season one? Mostly enjoying the action, but this was extra silly.

She did raise her dexterity to near max just to make her own special bullets. It's dumb it's being played off as some unheard of thing.

This is a one time event with sign ups for the most skilled players. There shouldn't be anyone here who doesn't have time to grind the game. Those people are the scrubs watching the event from in game. But then, why are there so many scrubs in the event missing basic shots, being surprised by slightly novel in game concepts and basic strategy, just being in general completely inept, etc.

Those other teams must have really been spooked by LPFM if they forgot this was a battle royale. Clarence and Sam capitalizing on it was quite satisfying to watch!

The radar only showing team captains and not the entire squad is a pretty useful tidbit, Shirley had an awesome run with her no scoping and explosive bullets. But this brutal draw is why you should always have a backup plan!
