| As they say a man can go and kill and in the same day hold a baby in his hands. Its more innate for us men to have to do what it takes than for a women. But ofc their are outliers but yea. THe team is looking as crackpot as it should haha. |

| A pretty pointless episode, except when it comes to showing that the Shogun is a useless human being and doesn't deserve the Elixir of Life. There should have been a way to do this without spending a whole episode in fodder slaughter. |

| Okay, this episode had some brutal moments but Gabimaru was absolutely savage. Before I started this, I kept seeing comments trashing Sagiri. So far, I like where her character is going. Rather than stoically ending life as though it's natural, it seems she's starting to realize the real burden of human life and the resolve it takes to end it while retaining one's humanity. |

| The episode turned out to be bloodier and tougher than it was in the manga. I liked everything very much, and the opening is simply amazing, I don’t remember if I already talked about it. |
| Pretty interesting episode, we get to see more about Sagiri who seems to be Gabimaru overseer on this journey and a lot about her past and character. She seems to have a lot of issues regarding her position as an executioner and overcoming killing, but after meeting Gabimaru she switches her approach from building courage not to fear killing, to building up herself to handle the weight of killing. So compared to when we first meet him, Gabimaru isn't really the complete cold hearted emotionless killer we first make him out to be. He's made it clear he doesn't kill everyone, and only killed for the money or for the head chief. Besides from that he goes against "pointless killing" which was interesting to know. Really nice we get to see a bit more into his character and his morals. Animation this ep was also smooth, a lot of heads fell but some of Gabimaru's combos were very well animated and fluent af. Lmao, i also find it funny how its just clicking with me that this whole premise of elite death row inmates with borderline super powers, get sent together on a suicide mission in return for freedom, is scrapping the plot of Suicide squad pretty closely. |

| Damn the massacre, only 10 people left already, and Gabimaru is no joke, all the remaining ones seem to be interesting as well. It was interesting to know more about Sagiri and her backstory, being bullied in an already rotten society. |

| It was okay. The premise is strong in this one, but the story is threatened to be undermined and buried by shounen cliches. They need to tone down the edgy, ridiculously overpowered shounen protagonist for the story to make sense. Credibility goes out the window otherwise. The first episode was strong exactly because the typical shounen edgelord was exposed as a liar in self-denial. Who may be taking lives, who may be even married, but is still an immature kid. You want to talk about death, dying, value of life, and the burden of killing others? You want to portray this with realistic, palpable characters? Then beware the shounen cringe. |
| Damn, Gabimaru brutally disposed of those fodder criminals. He also unintentionally taught Sagiri an important lesson. We still don't know about the power system here. I hope it's well explained. The top 10 criminals were chosen for the expedition. Got to see some nice Sagiri nude shots lol. I know it's early but as of now, there hasn't been anything groundbreaking here. It's alright so far. |

| i think there's gonna be a twist where in the end, they don't actually set the criminals free but instead give them the opportunity of dying in a "honorable" way of some shit like that. i don't see the government pardoning them whatsoever |

| Gabimaru seems like a cool protagonist, not afraid of killing if he has to. Better than those usual goody-two-shoes MCs who think pacifism will save the world. Also glad to see we have two hotties on the team. |
