| I voted in basically all sets (both manga and anime) - gotta make sure I get the badge after all :P - but I liked stories from the first few sets I voted on more. In terms of what stood out to me, from manga set 1, I liked the story using Shadows House, and the one using 100 girlfriends was also delightfully meta (calling us users out on wanting the free badge and all). From manga set 2, I felt that the stories using Frieren and Himesama Goumon captured the spirit of their sources properly, and this while also being valentine-themed. Finally, from anime set 2, I felt that the story using Tanaka-kun effectively showed the thoughts that can plague single people on this sort of day. Overall, this contest idea worked fairly well imo - certainly way better than the poems last year. |

U.S.A.!" before he basically shoves one of the popsicles down the boy's throat, cue Gilligan Cut to a howling Ambulance and a shocked, apologetic Homer.
