Hate to say it, but this show is just not working for me. Even though Megumin is a rather beloved character, her bit isn't really the funniest part of konosuba... thus I think why the humor in this show feels kind of flat. Nice to see chomusuke though…. Cute cats are always a plus. >^____^< This show is falling flat for me. |

| Yunyun is really innocent in this episode and I find that side of her adorable. I also like Megumin's ambition on having to obtain explosion magic someday and have Chomusuke be brought to the classroom. |

| I expected nothing from konosubarashii and megumin...seeing her watch all that super sick magic being done in front of her just to remind herself what's really driving her magic interests was just lovely. And to finally see how the cat from the parent story got introduced is also dope as well as the excuse she gave to keep it in the class lmfao. This 2nd episode was calm. Hope we see her soon do an explosssiiiiiiooooonnnnnn!!!!!!! |

| Lol so that's how she got the cat... and the adults are more dangerous than the monsters xD Though I still think this series is somewhat weird so far, because who genuinely care about the world building and backstory when it's supposed to be a parody mocking isekai shows that do that, I mean with Megumin alone it's not bad but it's only 10% of the original humor of Konosuba :( |

| It was a cool episode, maybe a normal one like a 6'5/10, I liked the absurd humor of this chapter, plus the animation was once again one of the strong points of the anime. |

| Yeah it's very different from Konosuba. Not that it has to, but since it's a spinoff of Konosuba, I guess people (including me) expect it to be at least similar. Arue is the only interesting side character here. Dodonko and Funifura and the rest are just... there. Megumin feels like a different character with all the constant screaming and screeching and whatnot. I guess you can say she gets a character development later on and becomes the Megumin we know in Konosuba, but I'm not buying that. Please be funny please be funny please be funny please be funny please be funny please be funny please be funny. |

| So far Megumin is "acting" like a chuuni, but out of getting what she wants, she is not a real chuuni like in the main series, so I guess the series will be about her becoming a real chuuni once she learns the explosion magic. Also the show keeps the KonoSuba tradition of having a very cute ending, nice. |
