| I don't believe that the majority of isekai really do have fan service, but I suppose that depends on what your definition is to begin with. If we're talking about sexy outfits that show off cleavage, it's somewhat common, but if we're talking about more "perverted" antics, it's rare. |

| The Vision of Escaflowne is my personal favorite. 90s anime that combines the mecha genre with shoujou romance set within a fantasy world. If you want any isekai without fansevice most of them were made before 2010ish. |

| There's no point to Isekai existing, if there's no slave fan-service happening. Give me my controversial (shock factor), sexual (beach, hot spring, boobs and panty shots) and violent (bloody) fan-service. Without it Isekai is pointless, since it no longer has anything else going for it. |
