| I think this episode is just for character development. We got to see how much they developed in the blue lock facility and the understanding they have gained of each other (esp Isagi and Barou). The best part was how Nagi set free from the bond tying him and Reo. |

| Seems like I was right about Chigiri getting picked by Isagi. But it's no surprise, since his speed currently brings the most to the team. Hard words by Nagi towards Reo. As things weren't bad enough, Isagi finished him off. Now it depends on Reo if he gives up or gets motivated. I guess with someone like Kunigami defeat isn't an option. The interaction of Isagi, Nagi, Barou and Chigiri is just hilarious to watch. Barou kinda reminds me of Levi, since both of them love tidiness :D I'm amazed by Barou's character development. Him not only asking Isagi what kind of football he wants to play with this team, but also realizing that he wasn't mature enough was great. On top of that he isn't afraid of change, which shows real growth within him. Interesting to get more of Bachira's past. So since he was young he had this kind of monster inside of him, which was the only one who could understand Bachira's way to pay football. No wonder he feels such a deep connection towards Isagi, since Isagi also understands Bachira's play style. The ending was absolute hype and a nice buildup for what could eventually happen in the next episode. Just thinking about this crazy rematch between Isagi and Rin gets me fire up. The next episode can't come soon enough. |

| I loved this episode. Blue Lock is a very fresh air, surprising and a very welcome one. The series keeps growing on me and Bachira backstory and perspective of the first episode is like completing a full circle. |
| As expected, 19 is a build-up episode and 24 is gonna be hyping next arc. So see you in a month when Rin-Isagi match fully releases, I'm definitely not watching only 1/4 of it a day. |

| ah a backstory episode and that too of bachira. it's pretty much confirmed that the next match is gonna be thr 4v4 of isagi and bachira's team. that has to be the toughest match yet for isagi and team. also i think bachira might evolve in the next match and i'm not sure if isagi is even capable of evolving any more. like what will he even evolve into now? |

| As I and many others expected, Chigiri got picked, nice. This was a pretty good setup episode although I did miss watching soccer action. The background on Bachira was good as I realized they hadn't really explored his yet. Regarding Nagi dumping Reo, Reo did ask for it but it was still a bit brutal, I'm not sure if we'll see Reo again. Looking forward to the next match which should be exciting, I have no idea what to expect regarding who wins but Isagi has some balls to challenge Rin again. |

| Creo que era bastante obvio que iban a elegir a Chigiri así que esto no fue una sorpresa. Tengo que decir que la backstory de Bachira es la única que me ineresaba así que estoy muy feliz con este cap. Muy buen cap. |

| This episode was goated. The savagery to Reo at the beginning, then Bachiras hunt for the monster, and the mom narration, and obviously being in the same boat as her kid with her dream and listening to the voice to no avail was so good. Keep going momma Bachira you will get it right eventually. |
| Whoa Nagi dumped Reo hard. Kind of well deserved though, for being quite the cry baby. Sure he enabled Nagi, but if that’s all he was good for, Nagi no longer needs him. It’s been clear enough already that this is not the case, but starting out, I was worried that Isagi would be a mere spectator of a main character, simply there to see how strong everyone was and how he would try to get stronger himself. But no, with Bachira’s backstory here, we see even more of Isagi being influential on other characters’ lives. In this case, him being the monster that Bachira was searching for all this time. Now it looks like we’re already back to facing against Rin’s team. That felt pretty quick, thought that maybe it would happen in the final episode of this season, if at all even. Anyway, should they win, I hope they don’t choose Bachira, even though that’s what Isagi’s probably going to suggest. It’s just that this arc is a great opportunity to see other players be on the same team, and since we already have Chigiri, we already have two players that were already previously on the same team. So having Bachira would make it 3. If they do win, I hope Isagi will continue to show the monster within him, and go for the pure power that is in Rin. I’m sure Bachira wouldn’t have if any other way as well. Or maybe they’ll lose to Rin again. In that case, they’ll probably look to get another player that enables them, so that’d probably be Chigiri |

| Which monster will Bachira chose? Both seem to excite him. Nagi asking Barou-mama if he wanted to play after he and Ojo got caught playing soccer with Barou-mama's shoes was perfect. Poor Lemon...never knew his name was Lemon. |
| Bachira's backstory was pretty good. A nice break from all the matches. Also, Bachira's monster looked really weird lol. |

| Makes sense that they'd pick Chigiri, why did I even thought it was gonna be Reo last episode. Smol Bachira just didn't learn to control his talents and that made him disliked among the other children. Jinpachi was really his saviour with his Blue Lock plan and meeting Isagi |
| The beginning of the episode was emotional with Chigiri and Kunigami saying their goodbyes, but then Nagi decided to completely murder Reo, and then Isagi jumped in to insult him even more. I would never get over how beautiful and hot Rin is. Bachira’s mom is beautiful. |

| BL stands for Blue Lock, right? Because the scene with Nagi dumping Reo and the sudden Isagi x Bachira x Rin development at the end sure say otherwise. And why do they keep portraying Bachira's "Monster" as if the guy had schizophrenia? Pretty sure there are better ways to portray one's devotion and commitment for "x" sport/activity. Anyways, good episode overall. Smol Bachira was adorable af and the way they keep drawing Messi gave me a good laugh. |
