| Wooh I guess Denji’s resurrection didn’t cut it for finishing off that fight and got cut in half and finished himself. Makima has a scary level of power with whatever contract she has going but does seem there is very specific limitations on how she’s able to do anything. Kobeni is pretty fast it seems. I really like that ED for this episode. It’s kinda pretty in how it uses all those guts and gore lol |

| "Apologizing for attempted murder". Absolutely a mental episode loved the atmosphere from beginning to end. I love how they played this weird "echoing of a bell ringing atop a giant tower" when Makima went crazy. I also loved the sound of an attack helicopter landing in the distance playing when Kobeni pulled up. Small details like these drive me crazy. Animation and character acting was top-notch as usual. The plot is finally progressing. We find out a bit more about Makima's powers. Kobeni's moment was badass but I find her surviving the shooting bs. 9.5/10 |

| An other weak episode. This show is embarrassingly bad. It's all over the place. There's no plot, no story. 9 episodes in, and we still have no idea what it is about. It's just random events. Meaningless action. Where is the story-telling? It looks like it has been written by a 12yo, yet it takes itself so seriously. Only 9 episodes in and we already have an immortal main character, and a fake death from a Mary-Sue character. There is nothing to care, nothing at stake! The animation is technically good, but soulless. No flavor to it. Just like AI-generated "artworks". Yikes!! Miyazaki would roll over in his grave, if he had one! |

| Well well. So basically Makima is a devil confirmed. I guess she needed to get high up so those crows could do better recon? But like why could she get all the random peons names but not the two important people? I'm sure their will be some bs reason besides "plot convenience" and "we can't just kill the only two named bad guys" but still. Snake girl has to pay a fingernail at least but tbh she was looking very tired for someone who's only cost was a single fingernail, so I think there is a much larger hidden cost as well. Kobeni went sicko mode which is perhaps related to her devil contract but it's not obvious. Her inability to continue shooting and then keep missing snake girl after what she did to katana man is pretty convenient tho ngl. Also lmao did everyone just forget about Aki? Maybe he just crawled behind some rubble or something when Denji was going ham cause after katana sliced up Denji they were like "all of chainsaws team should be dead" and it's like bruh did you forget about that one guy who Snake girl specifically said "he's not dead cause those suits are sturdy." Definitely some dumb shit this episode but hey the ghost being the one to pull the ripcord was very unexpected and really awesome. The ghost really gave everything to beat katana man even after it was eaten. |
| Another really well animated episode and the plot is finally getting going! Also, Kobeni is competent now? I like the implication that Majima knew there was an impending attack, but let it happen so she'd be put in charge in of the special division. Would also explain how she knew all the goons' names because she's had time to research. I doubt it was the author's intention but it brings to mind the Bush administration knowing of an impending attack but letting it happen because it was politically advantageous. |

| This MAPPA CGI is actually ugly, AOT one looked decent compared to this. People are actually surprised, Makima is alive. This character is a walking cliche. It should be blindly obvious even for blind people that emotional manipulators like Makima turn out to be overpowered final bosses. I didn't even read manga past puke scene, but I'm 100% confident she is a demon of some sort herself. The amount of screen time and best action moments she is getting + her dynamic with Denji is literally what drives plot forward, every other character has barely any writing. |

| Greatest episode so far since we managed to watch Makima doing the 'ritual' at the shrine and watching Kobeni in action! Just look at Kobeni .... She managed to dodge a snake devil and a f**king bullets. Even her senpai Himeno can't dodge a bullet. The ED is good, it's all for Himeno..... Since this is the last we will see her I guess... |

| RIP to all the Devil Hunters who died in the massacre, and I'm glad Kobeni managed to fight back. I dislike her a lot less after that scene. Makima's ability is OP, and that shrine ritual with the prisoners was terrifying. I have a feeling she'll end up being a Fiend, or at least evil in some way. |
| Dang okay, I see why some people like Kobeni. She was animated really cute kouhai-ly (minus 18:13 that turn was very bizarre? Idk bc it was slow or what) Also her freaking out, major props to the voice actress because I had chills. It was both crazed, pained, cute, confused, panicked. Also felt pain in my throat when Kobeni was like, "I gotta tell Himeno". YIKES.It didn't hit me until then the severity of the situation. Music makes it feel like this just got 110% more serious...like I almost feel like I forgot how comedic and childish the previous episodes were. Like damn this episode was absolutely insane. I can see now why the hype for the series was SO high when they greenlighted this series. |
| I thought the fight between Denji and the katana dude was not up to par with the other fights we’ve seen. It has to be the worst one so far. Even the Kobeni little fight was more interesting. The highlight of course was Makima using her powers. That was pretty cool. |
