| One thing I don't like about parts like this is that we don't get an update on everything that's going on at the same time...like what Crocodile is doing and how Luffy's condition is. Still, it was good. I'm wondering why Usopp hasn't been using all his clever ideas and gadgets though, except for the hammer of course. And the rubberband joke was awesome yet again xD |

| I like how in a crew of people with insane abilities Usopp is only an ordinary human, still something's surely going to have to happen with him that powers him up because he can't stay this way forever....or can he? Wonder why he never tried using his slingshot in this episode either... |

| I think Usopp might be my favorite One Piece character after all. Really funny episode. |
| 5 ton hammer! SUGEE! <3 these moments. Chopper's scope is really neat as well (btw, those have got to be the longest 3 minutes in my life) And what's with the crap that people are giving to Usopp? His cowardice is a character trait that makes him human and funny and superbly amazing! Him overcoming that fear is a huge part of One Piece. And Luffy will get better. Meat can bring that guy back from the dead. |
| Usopp being scared is realistic. Yes, we know he isn't going to die, but he's an anime character that isn't aware of that. Plus he has no powers. Give him credit. But I do have to say. I dunno why Mr. 4 has that title. He makes explosions with the help of a bat and a dog. There was already a member who could make any part of his body explode. Mr. 4 seems comparably weaker. (Although, yes, I know they don't necessarily get stronger depending on their number (hence #2) |

| I thought this fight was pretty good seeing as how Ussop's one of my favorite character's in this series it was great seeing him and chopper battle Mrs. MerryChristmas and Mr.4 |
| Usopp's hammer stunt was a pretty good highlight of the episode. I thought it was pretty funny when he played literal whack-a-mole with Miss Merry Christmas. I also liked chopper's trick, using their own exploding baseballs against them. I kind of wish that was the end of the fight, though... Seeing more of this fight doesn't sound all that interesting to me. :/ |

| Unlike a lot of the criticism in this thread claiming that this fight is dull or boring, for me this is one of my favorite fights in the anime. I love Usopp and Chopper's relationship as being reminiscent of Usopp with his very own Usopp Pirates. Because of this, not only is this fight showcasing the best of both Chopper and Usopp as individuals, but its also a near death experience that inevitably will grow them closer and let them see their true nature. That's awesome, and seeing the struggle of both Usopp and Chopper as they try to keep up and worry about each other is intense. The scene where Usopp put on his brave warrior act and pretended to fight with the 5 ton hammer was hilarious, he played the role so well that I was just as impressed as Chopper was. And the final scene this episode where Chopper blew up the entire tunnel system had me rewatching it immediately as it was finished. Depending on how this fight ends it may be up there with Zoro vs Mihawk for being such a memorable and important fight for those involved. I do want to criticize the rumble ball power of Choppers. We've already gotten an understanding of it and its limits so it's not like its an asspull, but I can't say its very satisfying either. The fact that, given enough time, Chopper can figure out nearly any weakness of any opponent and the fact that he doesn't even have to do the thinking himself supposedly, he more so scans them, feels cheap. I wish instead it would make him smart and he himself would do the thinking. Sanji vs Bon Clay and Zoro vs Paula and Mr.1 if it happens should be fun. I wonder if Bon Clay will turn into Nami or something to try and make Sanji go easy on him. |

You know Usopp dudes is like you know I know there is like huge % of us in a situation like this you don't want to confront an enemy like this,be like Luffy or something but I think recon Usopp is that type of man that Majority of us would be in that situation you know what I mean lol. but obviously when you hear beloved ones dead you're not gonna start running especially the bond you created go on a journey with them your nakama and just knowing that that person was out of his way for you,you hear of that person's demise you're not gonna run I don't care how weak hearted you are as a human being you won't run there are limits Usopp that limit has been broken he has heard about his friends LETS SEE WHAT HE DOES!! don't let me down Usopp. |

| Usopp being the King of Bluffs as usual made for a very entertaining show and Chopper's Rumble Ball-fuelled stroke of genius was awesome to watch but they've yet to defeat those monsters in their fight. They were overcome by hopelessness but Merry Christmas telling them about Luffy's apparent demise made them more enraged and determined than ever before! |

| I couldn’t believe it man when Usopp hit number 4 with the 5 ton hammer it was so sick even Chopper was surprised but it was to good to be true but still it was sick and when they reveled the hammer was just two frying pans it had me laughing so hard Chopper’s plan was also really good but it didn’t work |

| Lol Usopp had my hopes high for a moment there. Big brain thinking by Chopper. Unfortunately, that wasn't enough to take them out. Luffy's 'death' news is definitely a shocker for them. Maybe it's time for Usopp to use this rage for something useful. |
