But I think Fuki is being set up for the fall, (as pointed out in the r/anime discussion thread, seeing that she is featured in the OP......why would they do that if she's just a bit character. On a side note about Reddit discussion threads, being quite lively over there, what I've noticed is that, say, years from now or post season release, when I come to research anime, I mostly just look into the MAL discussions threads....make me sad to think that all those ideas, speculations, banters, discussed contemporarily were lost and forgotten. |

| Loved this episode! Of course we're dealing with a shitty organization here, but I loved seeing Chisato support Takina and pull her out of the emotional state she was in. Another beautiful showcase of gorgeous animation, it stood out not only in Chisato's signature bullet-dodging, but also in the really touching scene between Takina and Chisato. "There are things you can gain from losing something." is going to be etched into my memory from now on. That was so beautiful, but it also gives me so many questions as to the emotion behind Chisato's voice as she said that. Is it a death flag for her (as some people have mentioned)? What has she lost? She's totally speaking from experience here, and I can just tell it's going to hurt when this phrase comes back to us. Or it could do the complete opposite, maybe it's preparing us for a happy/bittersweet ending. Right now I doubt it, but maybe. We're only 3 episodes in so everything's up in the air right now, but I feel so invested in this story + these characters and I can't wait to see where things go from here! I'm really in love with how fluid every scene feels- whether it be during the hectic action sequences or the quieter moments- this show's animation is such a treat from A-1! Also, I really hope we get more backstory for our girls as the show continues. I'm sure we will at some point and it will be painful Chisato really gives me so much life, she's such a gem of a character, the most precious. 10/10 would watch just for her alone~ โก |

| Oh I’ve got a very bad feeling about this… Chisato is gonna die aint she? The red flags she set up for herself is crazy. That being said tho Im pretty sure Chisato is the main character and Takina is more like the deuteragonist, will A-1 have the balls to kill its main selling point which is Chisato? Only time will tell. Anyways their organization is fckin shit, would not be surprised if they becomes the end villain. I love the interactions and the lessons Chisato says, how she saves someone whom is completely alone, lost, confused and borderline emotionless. Another is the production of this series, like damn everything is smooth down to the core. So Chisato is basically pulling a Goku here when he fought against Hit? Hard to believe thats the only reason for her dodging bullets even at point blank but eh, I did find it funny how in universe they call what she does as “magic” or “manga like” the feat she pulls is so hard to believe that I think all of us here and the characters in universe calls “bullshit” on that. Then again Train Heartnet from Black Cat can do the same shit so I dont find this too jarring. That mock battle was so disrespectful, Chisato could have finished the battle earlier but decided to wait for Takina so she played with them, they need a new uniform for Chisato cause the gap in skill between both 1st is so far apart it aint even a competition. I did not expect this series to be the one I would be most excited for to see every week. This shit is entertaining! I want more! But come on dont kill Chisato. Feels like the reason they had her be this broken is to remove the idea from us that she could be killed or fatally injured when in fact it is easy to hit her, just shoot someone she cares for and have her cover for that person, use a hostage, set traps etc, she aint some invincible agent just cause she has near S level insight on shooting trajectories and timing. This is fckin bait to leave an impression that she cant be hit or killed. |

| P.S. Forgot to post this earlier cause I was dipping between MAL and AniList lol A mostly character-driven episode centered around Takina and her trying to get pass her wrongdoing back when she was with the DA. Chisato's heart-to-heart talk with her was effectively executed. I really like how their relationship is blooming so far, while still slowly building the story up in the background. Speaking of the story itself, it seems like there's some big setup going on, especially considering how Takina was kicked out in the first place due to "technical difficulties" that shouldn't have happened to begin with. I wonder how this internal corruption will be handled and how it'll shape the dystopic setting later on. |

| Chisato remarks during the training fight were golden, I was satisfied with how Fuki team was humiliated. Takina is showing her warm side which is nice to see, it would be perfect if Erica had enough courage to say that she forgives her for the operation failure. |

| Chisato is an absolute beast. While it looked like Fuki was struggling with the test, it looked like a piece of cake for her lol. I really like how Chisato was looking out for Takina. She doesn’t seem to care about being a Lycoris all that much, but she knows Takina is eager to return to HQ. She takes no shit either even if it’s the commander. She’s a great partner and friend! Speaking of which, the commander definitely scapegoated Takina. They get hacked and instead of investigate, Takina gets blamed? Very fishy. That mock battle was so fun! That Sakura girl kept running her fucking mouth and it was really getting on my nerves. Good thing Chisato put that scrub in her place lol. And Takina with that punch! Eat shit Fuki. Enjoy being number 2. Ha! Chisato can literally dodge bullets. She’s on a whole different level from those two weak ass rookies lol. |
| Mika looked sad when Takina did not join the casual game. He clearly cares about the girls like a father figure. when Takina is depressed beside the fountain.. if this was Date A Live.. Chisato said all the correct things to bring back hope to her - which is good. glad to see Takina being more open and looks like a lot of stress has been lifted. Time for some fun games. looking forward to next week! ^___^ |
| What really sold me on the drama of this episode was that excellent banter between the four girls in front of the Commander. Though of course the best moment is that wholesome hug between Takina and Chisato. It just makes me want to see them together forever (as friends, as friends...) And people saying Chisato is gonna die? I sort of see why but I'm gonna go ahead and predict that she's gonna be fine, that's what I hope at least. I'm definitely expecting to see her reach a low point though, as the show uncovers her backstory and traumas. Then Takina can repay her kindness and we can get a happy ending! I've warmed up to the show a lot since the beginning, now I can't wait to see each new episode. I think it's my favorite pick from this season so far. |
| so Chisato is just powered by hollywood movies / john wick with gun fu/ snake mastering of CQC top off with super human reflexes because shes Chisato got it... honestly would've taken some kind of magic trope but maybe its all smoke and mirrors for now this episode felt peak SoL despite the contents of it so i'm still not 100% sure if this is the real vibe of this show because dare i say it had some cute moments granted i still don't really care for Takina's motives because there just her wanting to return to the DA which can go fuck themselves i hate praising it but the gun combat is really good |

Her title as "Hero of Radio Tower" and her getting kicked out of DA are possibly part of why she refuse to use live bullet. There is something she lost, which is why now she focus on things she got and want to do. |
| This Commander couldn't be more sus even if she would try. Pretty obvious foreshadowing, that she will turn out to be a villain and Takina took the fall as her coverup. | Takina really clocked the shit out Fuki first before shooting the shit out of her lmao, deserved payback right there. Then Chisato bullied Takina's replacement Sakura, they're absolutely based. Chisato's bullet dodging abilities are bullshit, but I don't care, I didn't come to watch this show for realism. Great episode once again, this is definitely one of the top shows this season. Chisato in the running for best girl this season along with Nazuna. I hope Takina ends up not wanting to go back to the DA, cause I absolutely won't, I mean look at Lyco Reco, so chill and wholesome. Plus, you get hugged by Chisato, that's all you need. I like how Kurumi's just chilling there in the cafe lmao. Can't wait for the next episode. |

Emphasis on the "scared" part. I've grown attached to the character, I do NOT want her to die. Is chisato really the main character though? Takina is the one with the clear conflict, friends to make and lots of stuff to learn, Chisato has no conflict, no explicit goal and with every episode is increasingly feeling more like the wise, powerful mentor. Exactly, thats the type of MC she is, the mysterious mentor type that we will slowly learn throughout the series. I mean, special skill that only she has, the shady bad guy only interested in her, being the first to appear in the series, front and center in the main visual, whenever she is on-screen she steals every amount of spotlight to a crazy degree, if that aint the MC then I am losing my touch. |

| I think this anime would've been so much better if they are highschool yuri drama (Chisato and Takina are so lovely, I like them it more than the fight). I mean don't get me wrong the action is good but with something as BS like Chisato bullet dodging ability it's bugging me to the point everytime I watch it I'm thinking how absurd this show really is. I would still watch it but unless they limit how much BS they put in the show the bug I think it would not go away |
