Personally, the latter is so much funnier. (Sword Art Online War of the Underworld part 2 is still the funniest product of entertainment media that I’ve ever seen) |

| Preferably comedy, but bad ones usually knows how to be unintentionally funny at peculiar moments. Take Mirai Nikki as an example, with a bizarre choice of music playing at a suspense scene, that suspense is gone immediately because of it being overplayed and so recognizable. Even shit like Keijo is like that because of its absurd concept being taken so seriously it becomes entertaining to watch. |

| They have their own charms. To me, I never find a bad anime that's funnier than comedy anime. Yes Ex-arm episode 1 and AoT ch 139 are funny, but they still aren't a match to top tier comedy anime. |

| The latter is way funnier to me. I rarely ever laugh when watching anime, but the times when I did chuckle or laugh, were mostly from non-comedies that were unintentionally funny. As for bad anime, I don’t often laugh when watching them. But I will say, bad anime that take itself way too seriously, tend to be pretty hilarious, ngl. |

| SAO WoU was pretty funny I will admit. Trying to decide if I got more comedic value out of the second half, or an actual comedy anime. I think comedy is going to win, but I absolutely love explaining the later seasons of SAO to people who want to hear the spoilers |

| Intentionnal comedy is always hit-or-miss. Different people find different things funny. Sometimes a whole comedy will make you roll on the floor, but not another one. But if you have a taste for trash anime, that stuff is always funny. Comedy = more potential Bad anime = more reliable |
