Yep just a little, that's mainly cardio (no running though, yikes I hate this) and light weightlifting since there aren't any sports infrastructures where I live (and honestly I'd hate going to the gym as well can't stand the atmosphere there)

I go jogging 1-3 days in a row, then a day break, depends on how I feel.

Otherwise just some training with my own weight - pushups, planking and so on.
I am planning on "hitting the Jim" as they say, but I mostly want to lose weight for now, mostly so I can get rid of face/jaw fat etc, then focusing on gaining.

I used to go to the gym before corona.
But I'm still active since I have three football training sessions and one football match every week. So unless I want to be a benchwarmer I gotta stay fit.

So my weekly training schedule looks something like this now:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: Football Practice
Tuesday, Sunday: Rest
Thursday or Saturday: Football Match
Thursday or Saturday depending on the day I have a match, I do jogging and calisthenics

Ive been working out on and off for years in the gym. I also play alot of floorball during autumn > spring. But i am trying to start seriously with training Calisthenics now so dont have to go the gym. I love training and it can be fun. Training from home is what i prefer so Calisthenics should do the trick for me.

before the you-know-what I used to do Yoga. My college offered free yoga classes & I took them because I spend a lot of time hunched over a computer for both schoolwork & general browsing. Helped a lot, maybe I should make room so I can do it at home

Also idk if this counts but back when I could go to arcades I used dance games as my main source of exercise lol (...ok they do be intensive though)

HYPED for Monster Hunter Rise! (wish March 26th would come sooner)

Used to go to the gym 1-2 times a week and had a trainer who gave me extreme workouts but haven't done it since November of last year. Every now and then I work out, then lose the swing of things. I still somewhat have toned arms and chest, though.

ahaha. I loved Genos' reaction to discovering Saitama's alleged path to becoming so strong...commenting that it couldn't even be considered a moderately extreme exercise regimen. Man, I miss being so fit. I'm too addicted to entertainment now.

Just a daily walk. I used to play Wii Fit on a regular basis for about a year. Was actually decently effective (lowest my weight was as an adult: exercise is exercise afterall) but trying to do the exercises while balancing on the board ended up aggravating my back

I used to do extreme sports like kickbox and karate before but now I just go for walks so I don't turn into a total potato.
I live in an area that has houses far away from one another, and in the city area there is often no one outside especially now with the corona thing going on, so I'm pretty much free to go anywhere.

I want to train parkour but I have chondromalacia patella and some other problems.

I do strenght and rehab exercises which were consulted with physiotherapist who knows I want to train parkour. I also do mobility exercises, stretchings etc

I used to running and train other sports but now I stick just to this. I try to do physical activity 1h per day at minimum. It's sometimes less or more, though.

It is arguably the best full body workout for cardio. But for those who want to build muscle the gym will also be required.

For roughly half a year every year, I snowboard almost daily 5-11 hours / day. This sometime involves hiking in deep snow in search for untracked snow.

The other half of the year depends where I am, and what I have access to. At the very least I will skip some rope, push up, sit-up, pull-up and stuff I can do easily without any equipment.

Used to like going to the gym, and to some extent I still like the simplicity of it, but in the last 5+ years I've become less interested in exercising only for the sake of building my body appearance. Instead I prefer to do a variety of sports (e.g. boxing, judo, trampolining etc.) and let those activities improve my body appearance as a side effect rather than the end goal.

I have a normal weight, a lil bit on the chubby side, but nothing much, but I still wanted to improve myself so I started to workout and eat better a few weeks ago. I can already see a difference.

But since I have no freakin idea about anything related to working out I have just been following some routines on yt, like the ones from Chloe Ting

I did some wack but consistent home workouts earlier this year (a few months due to quarantine), targeting my stomach and honestly it was working. some shredding occurred on the sides and I got a little toned, got a little flatter. I was proud of myself, keyword 'was'. I couldn't commit anymore lol, especially since my workouts were like 10 minutes a day only and hence the results were slow to come. so I gave up and I lost my partial abs.

if walking counts as working out, I definitely do that. on weekdays I walk to and back from school (30 minutes in total, not much I'm aware), and on weekends I walk a little more each day (maybe 45 mins to an hour). good exercise for sure and has helped me with weight loss and my general wellbeing ngl.

I was in the swim team at my HS before I graduated and all this covid shit happened. Completely ruined swim season.

I do almost everyday little trainings for like 10 minutes, because my back and neck hurt sometimes and I don't want that.
Otherwise no. I used to, but I'm really not a sports person. I hate to make full work outs and these few abs don't feel like they are worth it in my eyes.

I just get a relatively balanced diet; not a health freak but I never eat fast food like macci, rarely salty snacks, rarely sodas, and not too huge amounts of sweets. Also I don't eat a lot of fat, since I recently found out that a got a fat metabolic disease and can't process it correctly, but even before I didn't eat a lot of fat, because I got stomach pain a lot, when I did.

Its a nice place to start. If you chose to start it then it is important you stick with it and make a consistent schedule and take your diet into consideration.

In fact, it is very difficult to develop a single standard of training. After all, we are all different. Therefore, each of us independently on the basis of the characteristics of his body should build a detailed training method. Now there are unrealistically many methods. Diets, intense training, steroids. Everyone is free to choose. I chose the combined format. That is, I combine physical activity with https://paradigmpeptides.com/product/mt-2-melanotan-2-10mg-buy/ This is very convenient, and most importantly effective. In fact, my method is not much different from others. Running, swimming, etc. The uniqueness lies only in stimulating the entire process.

I workout with Rachel Gulotta's videos, I prefer hers because she doesn't talk and shows a timer as well as a progress bar.

I also think that everyone needs to take care of their body and do sports to stay in good shape. For this reason, for several years now I have always been doing sports and trying to balance my diet so that I have only beautiful results. Lately, I started practicing yoga so I noticed more and more positive effects on my body and health and that makes me extremely happy? Does anyone here practice yoga? In case anyone wants a site that inspired me to do yoga, you can find more here.

You should try Keep. I use it everyday and you can also set your height, weight, and your goal. If you want to build muscle, better figure, or lose weight, you should try it.
Keep Workout & Fitness Trainer is the name of the app on App Store or Play Store.
