Do you dance? Do you like dancing? When I was a kid I went to some dance classes with my sister after school. Mum forced us to go. I didn't like it and I've never liked dancing. I don't do it and when I try I feel really awkward and stiff. I have to be really drunk with friends to let myself go and start dancing any old how.

Video of some weeb dancing.

Traditional (folk/folklore - or whatever they're called in English) dances in weddings are my specialty. I have learned each of them. Unfortunately, it's been years since I was last in a weeding and I always wonder - Why don't these fucking guys get married? Are they waiting for me to go first or what? Just get married and let me be the best in the business.

Sometimes when I'm at a house party with friends or at a wedding. I know I'm not amazing at dancing, but I'm not too conscious about it and don't care too much about it. Most guests are not good at it either, so why should anyone worry too much about it, it's just for fun (as long as you don't step on your partner's foot).

No for the most part because like you I feel awkward when I try to dance. If I'm by myself though and I'm listening to music I might do a little dance.

I enjoy headbanging more than dancing but I don't mind busting a move when I feel like it, although usually when I'm alone.

Yes! I enjoy dancing. I met my boyfriend during Salsa class 5 years ago, and we've also been doing Kizomba until the whole Covid-19 thing. Any kind of pair dancing would not really work with social distancing, but Kizomba stands out by being particularly physically close lol.

I used to have basic dance lessons and so far, I've enjoyed Rumba the best out of the other dances that I've learnt, which are Waltz (slow/fast), Cha-cha-cha, Foxtrot, Tango and Jive

However, I haven't danced ever since my former dancing partner stopped dancing with me
Also, around these times, I'm not up for continuing with dancing, especially not if I would have to wear a mask while dancing

I've felt so awkward and frozen if I tried to dance ever since our dance teacher made us dance to Cotton Eyed Joe in 3rd grade while wearing pink cowboy hats. My back and knees got fucked over the years so I can't dance much even if I wanted to.

I love dance, I think dancing is beautiful. I don't have a lot of energy or care these days, but someday I might like to take classes in ballroom dance, ballet, contemporary dance, and hip-hop dance. I really think dancing is beautiful. I took ballroom dance as an elective in college because I needed elective units.

In order to be good at dancing, I'd need to take classes and practice, because I have absolutely no grace or elegance with my body. I have a great sense of rhythm, and I can memorize moves, but I need to practice in order to actually look good dancing. Some people are naturally talented with dancing, I'm not at all. I've seen enough of ppl's reactions to my dancing to know that I have no (natural) grace whatsoever.

If I'm at a party with a random dance floor, I just do the minimal movements possible and it seems to work fine. As far as more formal dance floor (like salsa or swing dancing), I wish I could be great like those people. Well, I can, I'd just need to spend a lot of time dancing.

I like to dance, but I guess I don't dance well. My parents kinda make fun of me for it-- or, I guess not recently. I actually tried to get better at it in the last like five years or so, so I guess they noticed and maybe I'm getting better.

Sure but I'm not necessarily too good at it. I can do the two step and also funky style dancing.

But when it comes to dancing with a partner sadly I'm untrained. Seriously I've danced with a girl, uh, once. Which is funny having gone to shows as dates a lot haha.

I do like to dance if it is in my friend's party or I'm alone in my room, so it just depends.

I'll only dance when I get a little liquid courage in me...OR if there's a crowd who is in the moment. Otherwise, I wouldn't normally just dance on my own.

I headbang but I don't like dancing and I don't understand it at all. 90% of times the act of dancing seems completely dull and meaningless too me and I could never get into dancing shows and parties and stuff like that because it's just awkward.

I know the concept behind it, but I don't get it.

Love is an understatement, I've been a b-boy since 2016 and breaking (heathens call it breakdancing) makes me feel alive, it's the most fun thing in the world to me. I'm actually kinda mentoring one of my friends right now, it feels good to give back to the community by helping someone who's interested in the culture.
I used to do cutting shapes too but it didn't stick, it was a bit too static for me, I can still bust some moves tho.

I don't have much video footage of me getting down on the floor but here's a photo a friend took of me busting out a freeze while we were out and about.

I'm thinking of recording some sessions when my buddy gets better at breaking tho, should be fun.

I used to enjoy dancing, there was no right or wrong. My parents would record me when I was little and I was dancing. I joined an organization(which I will not name) that promotes dancing and I went there for years. Then I kind of grew up and my interests changed. I left that organization- now I fckin hate going on the dance floor, dancing is so tiring, I prefer to just bring headphones to any large event/occasion with dancing and listen to music and eat food instead.

Woah that’s sick! You’re pretty damn good at it too! Can see you are really passionate about it. This makes me smile. I love to see people throw themselves into a hobby and get good at it. Your friend is quite the photographer aswell. Awesome shot through and through.
