| Don't bother with reading early reviews, they always complain about character development and the story not going anywhere despite the fact that they have only seen 4 episodes. |

| Apart from good animation and super duper epic battles, the show has nothing else to offer. The characters are annoying, the pacing is horrible and the coherent plot is nowhere to be found. People overhyped it as usual. |

I’ve enjoyed it for the fights and the incredible animation (Confused about how magic works rn I’m sure they’ll explain that later) but I’ll admit it feels a bit rushed and there’s been barely any time for character development in 5 episodes lol but I still think there are great manhwas out there that deserve anime adaptations, I’m digging the change. I’ll probably never see Tarot Cafe get an anime though 🙄. |

| crazy how the season just reached the halfway point and they're already reviews out smh. too much emotions hurt out there for an unfinished product lol, wait till the end and bash it if you didn't like it. I agree is rushed, and would have been better if MAPPA and Crunchy gave it the anime development treatment of the 90's, but people gotta wait till the last episode airs to review it all and judge the series fairly, cause if not this shit piles up and probably no second season gets made (if there is room for one lol). I was skeptical at the beginning but I;ve been enjoying the ride so far for what it is and specially with the latest episode (6) and the new introductions in the plot, story feels like is going to get better. Meh fuck it if the reviews drop, I prob give it a nice score in the end if they continue with the stuff introduced in episode 6. |

| I am in complete agreement with most of the negative reviews. You don't need to see all 13 episodes of a series to point out things that are lacking from the start - like decent pacing, well-rounded/interesting characters, character design stuff. |
