It is difficult, what has not been seen in anime, is seen in hentai and what is not seen in hentai or anime is seen in manga, and the original plots are almost always crazy.
Maybe an anime that is about eating cats

An anime about the American Revolution. There's none of that.
I CELEBRATE myself,
And what I assume you shall assume,
For every atom belonging to me as good belongs to you.

It would be cool to see a wimpy kid travel to another world, like a medieval fantasy or something. From there he could save the world and gain cool powers and stuff.

Serious though, there needs to a good steampunk anime. Like an actual one, when I search one up it brings me to FMA and Trigun. I wouldn't call those that.

A few years ago I read about an experimental piece of technology being worked on in Swedish labs. An electronic device which would convert dogs' assortment of vocalizations into intelligible human speech. I would like to see a plot set in the near future where this technology not only already exists, but it's become widespread for average people to be able to communicate not just with dogs but with all species through an electronic translation technology.

And how that would reshape society and change the dynamics of human relationships with their pets, farm animals/beasts of burden, and wildlife. How it could lead to recognition of personhood for at least certain animal species and even animals in agriculture organizing unions and rebelling against human control.

2.Hospital anime (not young black jack)
3.Circus anime (not Kuroshitsuji book of circus)
4.Studying abroad anime (not sports or music related)
5. Sailing on a boat anime.
6.Homeless main characters anime (not Tokyo godfathers or Hinamatsuri)

Is there any political drama anime? kinda like House of Cards. I think that would turn out nice there's not too many good non battle-battle anime out there (or I just haven't heard of it yet).

LOL can't anyone here think of an original anime plot ? Most anime come from Light novels and manga, so if you can think of an original idea not done yet, can anyone provide at least one example ?

I will try to provide one example here :

This story is an fantasy and battle academy story with 2 protagonists. The 1st and 2nd protagonists are best friends and male high school students, first years. They live in a world where only females can use special powers, but one day both of them awaken to having those new powers too.

So they were sent to enroll at a battle academy to train and master those new powers, but there's one catch. Other than those 2 male students, the rest of the other students are all GIRLS ! The principal then made those 2 join separate teams for tournaments and duels, so those 2 male protags each enters into a team with 3 girls. Those 2 teams might fight each other at the tourney ?

So there is my original idea. It takes a twist out of past LN animes with similar setting by making it a double MC story, where first MC's best friend also gets his own harem lol. That plot above is probably better suited for Visual Novels, so we can get to see the H-scenes for those 6 heroines for those 2 MCs.

But my example above has probably been thought up before, but none in the West or Japan has ever expanded this idea into a superb series yet, right ?
I frown at recent installments of Persona and Trails of Cold Steel that introduce harem-like elements in the story.

We need more JRPGs like the past Lunar series, where there are multiple romantic pairings in the party other than for the protagonist and main heroine.

Yeah medical anime would be cool, reminds me of when I used to play those Trauma Center: Under the Knife games on my Nintendo DS..

Also, Makjangs! I was obsessed with The Last Empress wish there'd be an anime like that lmao

I really can't think of anything since I've already seen a lot of weird/unique things in anime including the MC being flushed down a toilet and being transported to an isekai, swords chasing after girls, MC who reads stories by literally eating pages, MC spending time with her to-be-born sibling and that sibling being very knowledgeable about everything, MC getting a huge harem that consists of all his dead pets taking human forms, 13 brothers falling in love with their sister, cockroaches evolving into macho guys and taking over Mars, anime about people making dictionaries, anime about computer hardware and battle ships being cute girls, a polar bear running a cafe, an anime that's literally about railroad crossing, a skeleton selling books, one where gravity works differently for different people. And I've merely watched a small fraction of all the existing series.

If done good, I'd LOVE watching an anime version of Xenoblade Chronicles X

A group of humans arrives on an alien planet, and they just have to explore it, and rebuild onto it the human civilisation.

random dude walking down the sidewalk, then all of a sudden a truck jumps the curb and WHAM he's dead. next we see a character waking up in a magical world with powers and shit.
but....

immediate scene cut back to the truck, with 2 guys inside.

passenger: fuck man, did you see that one?
driver: yeah man.. that one was a mess
passenger: this just never gets any easier, does it?

and there's the twist.. it's not an isekai show. instead, it's a show about the guys who are tasked with sending all these people off to their fantasy worlds. show follows their daily adventures of having to find ways to kill off the future heroes and heroines without getting themselves caught. they receive their assignments from big breasted angels (gotta get them in there somewhere right?) who act as agents to the summoners on these other worlds.

maybe they even mess up an order or two and we see the angel come back with reports of the supposed hero running amok and burning down the kingdom or something, so they have to pull an emergency rush job to send the right guy to fix it.

An anime that's actually SCARY maybe?

Like The Grudge level of scariness.

So far I have seen no anime being scary at all.
Their level of scariness has been moderated so much that none are ever really scary.
Manga probably has some but I'm not an expert in finding those. (Not like I really want to find it XD)

A well written, gritty, brutal, medieval themed assassin/rogue-like anime with underlying but not too complex politics. Realistic looking characters with realistic personalities (no Akame Ga Kill bullshit.). I don't mind over the top fighting, I quite enjoy them. I'd prefer a larger male cast or at least girls that don't look anime cliche like. Art-style should look unique or at least fit them setting.
I'd like the plot to go against death through it's brutal portrayal rather than support it. (Like most damn anime).
Am I being too specific?
If an anime like this was airing, I'd know how many second were left until the next episode every day.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I really haven't seen the kind of plot where a young student builds all sorts of high hopes and ambitions to eventually fail every single one of them, something like in that one novel called "It's kind of a funny story".
