Is there anime that makes you watch it repeatedly because you really like it?
why and how?
Or do you think it's better to watch another anime that has never been watched, instead of wasting time to rewatch??

For me personally, I sometimes rewatch the anime that i like, but only in episodes / scenes that i think are the most memorable. Several times i thought about rewatching a series, but it seemed like it was hampered by the many other anime that I had planned to watch ;_;

The only anime series which i can watch repeatedly are Naruto,Bleach,Fairy tail and one piece i.e,only the battle shounen animes.

That too, only the episodes with the best and the baddest scenes otherwise, i found it really boring and waste of time to rewatch the whole series(as i already know the whole story),i would rather spend that time to watch a new one.

Aria is the only series I can rewatch over and over again without ever getting tired of it (shocker, I know). I also often find myself watching a random episode of Mushishi (though I'm actually rewatching it in full right now) or reading a few chapters of the YKK and Aria manga, because sometimes I'm just in the mood for them. I just feel like they have a sort of timeless essence to them that really connects with me.

Probably the battle scenes or funny moments, no way I can repeatedly watch a series from beginning. Trying out new anime is not the same as knowing what I want to watch, (I'd watch isekai without hesitation) but it's better than re-watching because it's harder for me to forget a good show.

I am rewatching episodes / scenes I like from my favorites often - I can imagine rewatching a whole series if it's a super short one with 12 episodes or something like that. But so far I really haven't had the time - new stuff is always a priority.

If I just had a bad day and wanna laugh I watch the first episode of Kokkuri-san, it's just so relaxing.

I used to do it before, but now I prefer to not re-watch too much, since it means watching less new anime. But recently I have been re-watching some shows, and I think that I might begin to regularly re-watch some of them such as Baccano! and NNB.

Almost everything on my favourites list. Durarara!! and Steins;Gate are the series I've re-watched the most, but that's just series. Movies I rewatch a lot more, like the Haruhi Suzumiya movie. I always like to watch that at Christmas, or the Cowboy Bebop movie on Halloween

I've watched the full Monogatari series 3 times now, never get bored of it. I might remember the general story, but for Monogatari it's really the dialogue and the details that make it great, which I tend to forget over time.

Yeah I rewatch a lot. The ones I rewatch the most are Parasyte, sket dance, detroit metal city and one punch man.

These days I find it hard to be interested in most of the new ones that I watch. I have a few anime that I've completed about half and intend to finish, yet I already started rewatching sket dance and have been rewatching it for the past few days.

I used to rewatch a lot, especially of the longer series when I had more time and little acces to new series (Bakugan which was my first anime series, Naruto the most times, some Bleach, Inuyasha, also rewatched more things when I was showing them to someone else). After that I re-watched a lot only what I really liked, like HxH, Reborn!, some shorter anime.

When I first watched Haruhi I didn't like it too much throghout the series even if it had it's moments, but I was lucky that I had limited access to anime at the time and decided to re-watch it, and the second time I loved it. Now I like to re-watch it in winter almost every year.

Apart from Haruhi I can never get tired of Slayers, I have to fight the urge to re-watch it too often even, it's just my all-time favorites and I want to remember it's atmosphere and world again.

Now I also miss the Monogatari series a lot, so maybe I'll rewatch it too.

Well, in general the preferred order would be the official airing order, which is:
Bakemonogatari → Nisemonogatari → Nekomonogatari: Kuro → Monogatari series: Second season → Hanamonogatari → Tsukimonogatari → Owarimonogatari → Koyomimonogatari → Kizumonogatari (part 1,2 and 3) → Owarimonogatari 2nd season → Zokuowarimonogatari

(the source material for Kizumonogatari came out directly after Bakemonogatari, so technically you could also watch it between Bake and Nise)

It's quite a lot to watch tbh, but it's almost definitely worth it.

For 4 years ago, I normal watch Naruto once each year, sometimes even more.
Bleach and One Piece is shows I watched aloot too.

But since I created my Myanimelist account, I foud out that it exist more out there then battleshounen, i stopped watching those 3 shows.

The only anime right now that I watched 1-2 times each year is Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei.
Don't know why, but I can watch it over and over and it's still as enjoyable as the first time I watch it.

Monogatari is one show I have watched repeatedly too.

For the most part I don't intend to rewatch the majority of them in the foreseeable future as I've only still seen a paltry amount by the standards of long-term fans and there is still so much out there to discover and indulge in with only so much time left in a day. Currently I'll only rewatch either my most favorite, special, and impactful of series *or* if there were a compelling reason to rewatch another series, such as with a friend or family member who hadn't seen it and was interested.

Up to now I've only rewatched:

Inuyasha (twice, so three times in fuill)
Koi Kaze (twice, so three times in full)
Haibane Renmei (once, so twice in full)
Serial Experiments Lain (once, so twice in full)
Noragami (once, so twice in full)

If I liked the series at all to begin with I could easily rewatch and I'm not easily bored or distracted, but the reason I haven't rewatched more is just because there are still so much anime and other non-anime content out there and like with anyone else alive, I can croak at anytime, having a heart attack or be hit by a bus tomorrow.

I usually don't rewatch anything besides films (basically Ghibli's and Your Name like 1000x) because a series really doesn't tend to hold the same effect for me as it did when watching it for the first time, hence may end up in ruining the series for myself.

But, one series that I probably will never get old or tired of is Monogatari. I literally could watch every season a million times and still love it just as much as I did the first time seeing it (and maybe even more so).

Ok so, as someone that is a huge fan of Monogatari I'm going to go ahead and link you to a website that gives you the airing order of the series. I think you should watch the airing order, not the chronological order, because the airing order is the order in which is was meant to be viewed. Here is the link: https://bakemonogatari.fandom.com/wiki/Monogatari_Series_Timeline_and_Watch_Guide

I hope you enjoy the series as much as I do!

I rewatch Spirited Away almost annually. I’ve rewatched Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun whenever I’m bored and need a good laugh or just relax? Perfect Blue I rewatch whenever I need something spicy (thriller-esque). There are arcs in Gintama that are hilarious and I like to rewatch certain episodes from it. Eva,Texhnolyze and some other rather deep shows, you can watch them 10 times and still find new meanings in very minor details.

And also the Monogatari series, just because the animation and dialogue are so nutti and you can yet again always find new things.

Also some of the best SoLs on my List, to remind miself of actually good Character focussed storys and not those "oh yea its hype so we can shit on Charatcer development shows".
