| There are many amazing animes with “too many” males. I think it's a stupid reason to hate somehing, or to call it shit. Examples are Hunter x Hunter, Haikyuu or JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. |

| From a romantic interest, it depends on how many females there are. Working! has quite a lot of males but it also has a relatively same amount of females and multiple couples within the series |
 'On-Hold' is another way for a completionist to say 'Dropped' |
| I think if a story tries to push too many romances on the mc it is often not done well at all like for SAO. Yona of the Dawn actually does this well, but that is due to having 1 center romance focus while the other mcs were good support characters. |

| This is actually a pretty interesting question. For me, most of the anime I watch are predominantly male characters... and I typically avoid anime with a lot of females. On the other hand, if the female is badass (i.e Revy) or doesn't portray the stereotypical "girly" references then I'll watch it |
| Only if you think that same sex series automatically makes every character gay. All woman or all male, as long as the characters are good and the story is good, the series is good. It's as simple as that. |

| Eh. It's more about how you write your cast. Manly anime can be great. When it carries over to yaoi, that might be an issue. Manly is fine by me, though. Not every anime needs a romance plot, but many anime DO need better writing and characterisation. |
