| Yes, Luffy has matured! You know something great will happen when Luffy made a decision by himself (usually, Luffy always depending on his crew to make a decision). Next chapter, we will see either his fight with Katakuri or Sanji delivers the cake to Big Mom lol. |

Katakuri is going to get nerfed, Luffy leveled up because he fought someone and now he can go toe to toe in a controlled environment because there is no chaos, albeit Katakuri was capable of handling him Pedro & Jinbe in a chaotic battle on his own. I'm excited, but this is something I'd rather not see. I remember people were hyped, and even I was hyped for Katakuri that he has so advanced haki. I understand that there was chaos, but I expected so much more from him during the wedding, since he's strong and has such a handy ability. Feels like he barely did anything so far, and now he's just getting thrown away...? I guess we just gotta see how it plays out. |

I´m excited too, hence the 5/5 for the buildup chapter, it´s illogical, but that´s how One Piece is written. Luffy fights an enemy gets stronger and he becomes capable of beating someone he couldn´t scratch before. Crocodile & Lucci being the most prominent examples. Anyway the whole,  abilityis massively overblown by the fanbase. People have to rewatch the Marigold and Sandersonia fight vs Luffy. The counter to Katakuris ability was shown within that fight and then later again when Rayleight taught him how Haki worked. Katakuri is the same concept just on a larger scale. He isn´t as broken as people assume, but for Luffy to handle him now, based on what he managed to do on screen, there´s still a nerf in order.  They can see the future too and Luffys solution was to change it . Same as with the Cake.  First he´s too fast for one sister.  Later he´s too strong for the armanent Haki of the other sister. Observation Haki is absolutely useles in a fight if a character doesn´t posses the physical capabilities to utilize said prediction. *See Ussop or Sanji*. Doesn´t matter if you can see in the future that someone will break your leg, if you don´t have the power or speed to prevent him from doing that. Katakuri was shown to overwhelm Luffy in every area, so I´m assuming Oda will nerf him and let this fight be a draw and have Zorro beat him when Luffy beats Big Mom. | I want to see Pedro's corpse, until that I don't believe he is dead (If fucking Pell survived a Nuke, for sure Pedro can because One piece Bullshit). However it was a very good chapter, let's see how Luffy can handle katakuri alone. |
