Mashima is a better artist than Togashi. Although I thought at least in terms of popularity Togashi would be above Mashima. Edit: Also funny how Gintama and Sorachi are always at the top of those voting lists (even above One Piece by quite a bit), yet on yearly manga sales it's always at the bottom and can't even outsell Fairy Tail. Don't know how good the anime of Gintama does in terms of rating/ sales, but I asume its very similar to the situation with the manga sales. |

It's a list for best art, One Piece has a pretty solid story and the art style is unique and conveys the strangeness of their world very well but you can't look at Oda's work and compare it to either Miura or Murata's stunning artwork.
