| Love the artstyle. Fall Season's pretty decent so far. |
| Based on MAL, it is the character designer's first work. Maybe that's the reason I find their look a bit uncommon. Looking at the poll, the reception here is very mitigated. I hope it isn't the case in Japan or this would reduce the chances that they produce more of their own works @Estrees A try to reveal their true selves. |

| English was terrible in the beginning. Animation and character designs looks ok. CGI looks pretty bad. The fanservice felt out of place and unnecessary. Comedy was good at best. An OK episode for the start for this series. |

| Oh I liked it. very colorful, good OST, above pass on the animation, comedic, cliched in all the right places (ahem, boobs), and a creepy dad gropes magical girl daughter whose transformation makes her look like her probably deceased mom scene for that extra added "what did I just see?" that will have me tuning in next week to find out what happens next. |
| I'm not sure what tone the show is aming for. The start and fight were a bit dark, but the rest was more light hearted with fanservice. If I wasn't such a big fan of genre this would probably an easy skip, but as it stands I will give this one a few more episodes. |
| Lol at the first minutes I thought Im watching a different anime, eh...military?, but then It really was it, an exorcist girl with a guy showed up and defeat an evil something. Oh yeah pretty nice beginning, it was fun, light tone colors, an alright animation. OST looks nice. Matoi transformed into an exorcist girl that looks like her mom's appearance, that's why her father just hugged her then grabbed her...uhhhh. Looking forward how this show will go on. |

| Hmm this episode started a bit light at first but ramped up as it progressed. Its interesting that they decided to use so much English in the beginning combat scenes however brief that was. Wouldn't it be better simply to use the defense force instead. Combat scenes so far were good with Claris scene being pretty impressive as it was pretty slick. Claris played by veteran seiyuu Haruka Tomatsu is one of the main characters of the show. Serious, skilled and icy she seems to part of an organisation that hunts down and exorcises demons and monsters. Yuma is Matoi's friend and fellow Miko. She's a bit of an airhead and daydreamer and doesn't think things through enough. She's a good complement to the more level headed Matoi i guess. Matoi is one of the main characters and a miko like Yuma. Cheerful, upbeat and positive she's also the more intelligent and cautious of the pair thinking through each action first Haruka is a support character and some kind of investigator that is looking for treasure of some kind that also works with the police. Matoi's dad Shingo is a detective with the violent crimes division. Funny and laid back at times but serious when needed he's also quite funny. That painter/demon though was really creepy but i guess that was because of the demons. The episode had a good mix of serious combat scenes mixed with some light hearted scenes at the shrine. The transformation scene though was well done as it was slowmo. And driving up that long flight of stairs lol. Her outfit though looked pretty nice and it would seem that her mother was also a hero of a sort Voice acting wise Haruka is as dependable as always and she is able to portray her character pretty well. Matoi's seiyuu is also doing a pretty good job voicing her. Its interesting to see where this anime goes from there It will be a shame to waste the foundation that this episode established and the talents of veterans like Haruka. |

| What better way to start an anime off then with Engrish and ummm... I gotta go read that description again, this seems pretty freaking dark. ... Ehhh I guess they kind of hinted at it, and this anime isn't a comedy. But dang, the two main girls are freaking adorable. And the anime itself seems pretty cool and fun. But that ending though. And those yellow subs are horrible. |

| Not bad but not great either. I had little to no expectations coming into this series and I was pleasantly surprised. It was entertaining enough for me to sit through the entire episode without pausing so that's a plus. I found myself doing that a lot with the fall line up. That groping scene was very cringey and as well as Matoi losing her clothes after her transformation attire wore off. I do like Yuma a lot though, she's quite the character. |

| The engrish in the start.... yikes. Some sentences made zero sense. I see why they bothered to sub the english too because in some cases the english parts aren't subbed. So there are these monsters or whatever coming into the normal world searching for something. That something could possibly be the mahou shoujo making things like the one Matoi got by accident after her dad was knocked out. The two blonde women seen in this episode are part of some organization or something which is dealing with these unknown beings. And Matoi's mother could have possibly been a mahou shoujo because for one, Matoi looked like her after becoming one (she did look awfully a lot like her mother before too but anyway) and the jewel or whatever fell from her father. Even if it was from her it would still make sense. The jewel could probably have been a momento from her mother. And why was Matoi calling her father "Shingo-kun"? After seeing the family picture, I almost thought that she was his wife, but then I remembered that the little loli said that he's Matoi's papa. He's your father, you don't call him by his name. I don't think he's a stepfather or anything because of how close they looked especially in the ending sequence. The episode was pretty okay overall. It had some funny moments too. Judging by how they tried to push some comedy in between when the monster man or whatever was attacking them in the end, I'm thinking this'll probably be predominantly a bit towards the lighthearted side and will probably show the real serious bits towards the end. I'll give it another episode or two to see if the characters grow on me or not. Unless I get more better animes for this day in which case I'll drop this sooner. |

| This is the ugliest white fox show I've watched, still kinda funny though. I'll keep watching regardless though since not much else is airing this season. and have this quality smear frame.  |

| I don’t know about this one, but I will follow it a little bit longer because I was somewhat amused... Although, having Masayuki Sakoi as a director isn’t reassuring at all. Anyhow, pretty average 1st episode. An a below-average anime series based on an original work so far. Again, I was somewhat amused by it and some of its characters, so if they can keep that up, I might finish it. As far Mahou Shoujo series go (based on an original work) airing this season, I'd say that Flip Flappers had a better 1st episode... imo |

| Funnily enough, I actually quite liked this. Loved the character designs, though the interactions leave a bit to be desired. An 8 for now, we'll see how this goes. I assume it'll be dethroned as my favorite of the season (so far) once I've watched either Hibike or Haikyuu (most likely both). |

| I liked it :3 The animation could have been better, but the character designs, story, and voice acting weren't too bad!^^. Glad to see their giving new seiyuus a chance. Also, was I the only one who didn't mind the Engrish? xD |

| my expectations for this show really dropped the second her transformation looked just like her mom. the reaction from her dad (whether they're blood related or not doesn't matter imo!) was super predictable and gross. assuming her mom is dead/missing, why the hell would that be his first reaction to seeing her?? also I'm really tired of these pseudo-magical girl series having children/young teens be completely nude once they go back to their original form |

| Don't really like the character designs and with the animations it reminds me a little of Rolling girls. With magical girl stuff I will be sticking with Raising project, this here don't really gets me. |

| That was actually better than I expected! So we've got some "Plasma" and otherworldly folks taking over people and it seems like certain objects give powers ... interesting! Poor Matoi though LOL, just wanting to be normal but nope you've got powers XD Especially at the end that's pretty awkward ... uh, yup :P Plus not to mention how she talks to her "dad" too, and uh ... I wonder what happened? Either way looks interesting enough for me to watch this season. The art did get a little bad at times, but overall was pretty good. No OP this episode, but the ED was nice and relaxing~ Looking forward to next week! |

The whole daddy issues thing and awkward boob grab is a huge turn-off if they do anything in that direction but otherwise the show's pretty good. |

Lol, I think I'm actually one of the less jaded anime fans, tbh. I was just mostly very bored during episode 01 because it didn't do anything new and I didn't get attached to any of the characters. It felt like a chore to sit through.....plus I'm not a fan of heroines who get cool powers and whine "I JUST WANT TO BE NORMAL!!" The lazy art style is also jarring. Of course, since I didn't like the first ep, I'm not going to keep watching and complaining about a show I don't like....because I am not one of those people. XD |

XD Ah true... the lead heroine also got on my nerves quite a bit this episode. I also wasn't a fan of the random fanservice, though I can see why they did it. Every other seen is designed to show that the anime is a mahou shoujo for guys to enjoy. Well that's their theme anyway. I think it does some unique things here and there though. This time it's a trio of magical girls, and it's usually 2 or more than 3. They all have their own ties to spiritualism too. Also the demons are actually pretty brutal in this. I feel like it still has some potential. |
