This is probably going to be ridiculous to most, but is there an anime that you enjoyed and loved so much that you would literally give your life to prolong its existence? (If you didn't die, all copies and footage from it would be gone forever and all you would have left are your memories. Would you be fine with that?) I think both Utena and Steins;Gate would be worth dying for, personally. |

You ARE better off playing the VN first, but it's actually a pretty good adaptation. I don't know of a way it could've been better adapted tbh (which is extremely rare in VN adaptations, they're usually shit). It's really popular here too, definitely a good show. mayukachan said: Holybaptiser said: No Miyano Mamoru though..You could just play the Steins;Gate VN. it does have miyano mamoru lol. |

Steins:Gate was a decent show. Not as good as people make it out to be. But as with 99% of anime adaptions, you are better off going with the source material than the actual adaption. |

With Steins;Gate specifically, I honestly think it's a much better experience in VN format, but the anime adaptation is a surprisingly good one. |
