| This is the first episode where I felt the anime didn't match the manga's greatness. The animation was excellent as usual, but for some reason all the attacks against the meteor didn't feel impactful. Also, Saitama's voice acting towards the end was simply terrible and basically ruined the scene. Pacing seemed a bit off, too, dragging a bit in the second half when more time could have been used to make the meteor scene more dramatic. Still a great episode, but I do recommend anime watchers to check the chapter this episode adapted (which is chapter 26 btw). |

| The meteor scene was awesome. Madhouse is using the budget well in this series. I liked Bang, he looks like a coold old guy. Metal Knight is a prick. The second part was a bit worse, in fact, I laughed a bit when Tanktop Blackhole starts to scream inculping Saitama because I think that his voice actor is the same that Stroheim from Jojo, and his voice was hilarious. Saitama's shouting scene, on the other hand, didn't felt that good (though is its intentional, then I'm fine with it). Hyped for the next episode. |

It didn't match his expression shown which is why it ruined that dramatic situation and its not just me who thinks that. Plenty of people didn't like it either but here we have you who's trying way too hard to cover up one of the many flaws in this episode. Like really its just one little flaw. Get over it. |

| It's time to stir up some shit: OPM goes from making fun of superhero/animanga tropes, to abusing the shit out of them in the very next scene: at first, it cuts off the old guy's monologue about his powers by making Genos go away immediately (I thought it was parodying the usual clichè where people just stand around and talk even though there's an emergency to take care of), and then, it proceeds to play the same clichè completely straight, and it even adds the battle-shonen 30-seconds-turn-into-2-minutes trope. After that, there's this stupid comedic sketch about Genos pushing back the meteor, which is horribly out of place in a really serious scene like that one. Am I meant to care about what's happening or not? It's jarring. The second half was even worse: I'm tired of seeing those throwaway characters who shout all their (cheesy) lines and clearly don't have a single chance of doing anything against Saitama (but the anime still shows him destroying them, ahhaha, so new, so unexpected). My brain just disconnects as soon as I see one of those guys show up on screen, and they take up a ridiculous amount of time with their generic copy-pasted dialogues. The controversy surrounding Saitama is retarded: there were 3 S-class heroes who clearly saw what happened, and 2 of them look really honorable, why doesn't the association know exactly what happened with the meteor? How the hell do they collect information, if not by asking the heroes who were there? Why would they think that the S-class heroes played a big part in destroying the meteor? The people who showed up at the scene with the Tank-top fodder were hilarious: why the fuck would you blame Saitama? It makes NO SENSE. Even if some retards were to start gossiping about him, the vast majority of people would worship him for saving their lives. Also, why does no one react when Genos shows up? Isn't he the 5th most popular hero? Didn't he just contribute to saving the city, 3 days earlier? When Saitama snaps, his voice acting is teeeeeeerrible, it's hard to feel anything for him, even if the stupidity of the circumstances didn't already take the viewer out of the experience. I thought that maybe I wasn't supposed to take this seriously, but then the episode ends with a supposedly emotional scene where the 2 MCs bond thanks to the previous events, lol. |

| I'll chime in and say the confrontation felt more emotional in the manga but that's because I was literally yelling his lines. I do get what some of you had said about Saitama awkwardly yelling but being in character at the same time. |

It's obvious what they were going for, but they miserably failed because instead of making Saitama sound unnatural, his voice was more like a 5 years old kid's who got castrated. It's not a big deal because other than that the voice actor has been spot-on in interpreting Saitama's character, but come on, that scene was the epitome of bad voice acting. |

| Great episode. I just love how flashy and cool Genos is. His arms upgrade was awesome, but still not good enough to destroy the meteor. Nice to see Bang make an appearance. Saitama destroying that meteor was epic. Too bad the fragments still caused destruction to Z City. Saitama going up to C Class Rank 5 is pretty good. Those Tank-top brothers are real jerks getting the the people to tell Saitama to quit being a hero. Saitama's speech was pretty cool. Love how Geno will always follow him no matter what. Incoming Sea King next week. Cannot wait. |

| I don't know... it had a bunch of amazing scenes but the transitions were too abrupt and Saitama VA really made me cringe, completly out of character, when he was shouting... For the first time I think I will give it a 4/5. It was great anyway but, I don't know what happened, some stuff just felt wrong. The episode could have been much better =/ |

People hate him because they think he's some C-Rank shitter that soaked up a lot of credit for what they think Genos and Metal Knight did.
