Do anime girls wear makeup or are they 100% natural?
| This question has bugged me for a long time. Hopefully we can all discuss this topic in a mature and sensible way. |

| There's stuff where they wear make up. You need to watch some idol stuff, magical girl/idol and read shoujo manga, where there might be make-up scenes or product placement. |
| In anime they mostly don't wear make-up (unless during an event like say a prom or a ball), either that or they wear a lot of make-up almost all the time (like gothic) |

Since most anime girls are school girls or generally young women they don't really need much make-up anyway. |
