I remember in my High School days when my Biology teacher claimed that Dinosaurs are not real. He said that those fossils that paleontologists found are just mere fakes. I know this is a stupid conspiracy but what are your thoughts? Do you believe dinos existed and had walked into this very land we are settling today?
Twitter and it's consequences had been a disaster for the human race
it seems like a lot of effort to make it all up, but maybe some very unsuccessful paleontologists did it because they were desperate. either way I do think they were real, but it wouldnt really be a big deal to me if they werent
Written for non-specialists, this detailed survey of dinosaur origins, diversity, and extinction is designed as a series of successive essays covering important and timely topics in dinosaur paleobiology, such as "warm-bloodedness," birds as living dinosaurs, the new, non-flying feathered dinosaurs, dinosaur functional morphology, and cladistic methods in systematics. Its explicitly phylogenetic approach to the group is that taken by dinosaur specialists. The book is not an edited compilation of the works of many individuals, but a unique, cohesive perspective on Dinosauria. Lavishly illustrated with hundreds of new, specially commissioned illustrations by John Sibbick, world-famous illustrator of dinosaurs, the volume includes multi-page drawings as well as sketches and diagrams. First edition Hb (1996): 0-521-44496-9 David E. Fastovsky is Professor of Geosciences at the University of Rhode Island. Fastovsky, the author of numerous scientific publications dealing with Mesozoic vertebrate faunas and their ancient environments, is also scientific co-Editor of Geology. He has undertaken extensive fieldwork studying dinosaurs and their environments in Montana, North Dakota, Arizona, Mexico, and Mongolia. David B. Weishampel is a professor at the Center for Functional Anatomy and Evolution at Johns Hopkins University, School of Medicine. Weishampel is best known for discovering, researching, and naming several rare European dinosaur species. During the 1980s Weishampel gained fame for his work with American paleontologist Jack Horner and later named the famous plant-eating, egg-laying Orodromeus, Horner. Now, a decade after his pioneering studies with Horner, Weishampel is most widely known for his current work on the Romanian dinosaur fauna. He is the author and co-author of many titles, including The Dinosaur Papers, 1676-1906 (Norton, 2003); The Dinosauria, (University of California, 1990); and Dinosaurs of the East Coast, (Johns Hopkins University Press, 1996).

Digital dinosaurs: New research employs high-end technology to restore dinosaur fossil

Scientists employed high-resolution X-ray computed tomography and digital visualization techniques to restore a rare dinosaur fossil. The focus of the study was the skull of Erlikosaurus andrewsi, a 3-4 meter large herbivorous dinosaur called a therizinosaur, which lived more than 90 million years ago during the Cretaceous Period in what is now Mongolia.

How dinosaur arms turned into bird wings http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2014/09/140930144157.htm
Although we now appreciate that birds evolved from a branch of the dinosaur family tree, a crucial adaptation for flight has continued to puzzle evolutionary biologists. During the millions of years that elapsed, wrists went from straight to bent and hyperflexible, allowing birds to fold their wings neatly against their bodies when not flying. A resolution to this impasse is now provided by an exciting new study.
As someone studying for a master's degree involving a lot of natural selection and evolution: Of course they were real. If the fossils were only found in one location or by one or only a few scientists, one could be sceptical. But that's not the case. The proof is overwhelming, and the only reason someone tells you something else is for religious purposes. Why is this even a question?
we made a few mistakes with dinosaur bones when trying to fit them together, and ended up combining bones of different species to create something new
we also took some creative liberties when filling in the blanks and deciding what missing bones would have been, and how everything or inside the bones would have been
so the dinosaurs as we know them aren't so accurate
..especially not in places like jurassic park
but they existed

so there is a big possibility that dinosaur classifications are wrong?
Twitter and it's consequences had been a disaster for the human race
The question isn't whether they existed but whether we should grow dinosaurs in labs, maybe for military in the near future, what brought about their extinction? Or the possible existence of space dinosaurs:
And whether or not we should embrace the human-dino hybrids, dinosaur chickens and other animals etc.

fossils/bones are indeed proofs
Yes they are are. The dinosaurs walked the earth but they all died when the flood happened.
ok
but imagine giant dinosaurs vs humanity at those times, why it was never written by those holy writers, i mean clearly the dinosaurs are the top of the food chain at those ancient times to be honest so they can eat all humanity before that so called global flood took place

That's beyond my knowledge, but think of how many people lived on the earth at that time. The great flood is the second story in the Bible so there can't be that many people roaming the Earth... Maybe they lived in areas where there weren't any dinosaurs? But then again who knows how many years apart the stories are...

clearly dinosaurs will outnumber humans at those times so that is more reason for this holy writers to take note of this giant creatures, dinosaur fossils are found all over the world from what i know so they are not that hard to find during those time

I guess so. Maybe the dinosaurs are actually nice creatures and we abuse their meaning of life in the world we have today...

I think this is stupid, indeed. I won't even bother to compare actual, physically approachable evidence with the cheap delusions of your resident conspiracy theorist.
Yes, dinosaurs use to roam the Earth. I'd go on a tangent about why saying otherwise is bullshit, but the reasoning are probably pretty obvious. So, instead I'm gonna tell a related story. I took a sewing class at a church near my house when I first started trying to learn. The lady who taught it was an old and really religious woman. She took it upon herself to "enlighten" us by having a short lecture before class started. They were about what the school system is lying to us about. She talked about how dinosaurs never really existed, how evolution was a myth (which everyone in that class was too young to have learned about btw), and just a lot of other things like that. It's why I left the class without finishing. I understand that I was in a church, but I came there to learn how to sew. Not be fed religious bullshit
