| Every form of entertainment has an iconic scene that will almost always be referenced in the years to come. Romeo and Juliet's balcony scene. Psycho's shower scene. Star War's "I am your father". Taxi Driver's "You talkin to me". Stuff like that. What do you think are the most iconic anime scenes in history? Note: Anime in question has to be popular, of course, and the scene referenced can't be something like "Oh, that fight between X and Y" because it's too vague. A certain turning point within a fight may count though. So far I'm thinking: This isn't just a listing thread. Discuss some scenes that you believe are iconic, disagree with suggestions that you believe aren't iconic, how it impacted anime culture, etc etc |
