| Ohhh amazing episode. So glad to see this back huh. Kaito is such a tease, lmfao. The characters have pretty large noses... well, who cares, the animation is stunning. I had fun, definitely. Looking forward to the next episode. |

| I only knew Kaito Kid from his various cameos in the Detective Conan anime and I always loved his cool and collected demeanor so it was unexpected to see him as this hyperactive prankster brat. So far it's not bad but I hope he gets some development as the series progresses. |

| The story behind this series feels like a joke to me. I think it was the presentation of it more than the actual story that bothered me. I'll give this a few more episodes. Good animation aside, I hope it gets better. |

That's when they introduce a villain. | To by honest, I was a bit underwhelmed by the animation. The art style is okay (it's never really been my favorite), but I really expected the animation to be more vibrant from the promotion picture. Aside from that, this episode was okay! I think I'd be more thrilled about it if Kaito-kun wasn't an immature panty-creeper. I never saw his episode(s?) in Detective Conan, nor did I see his specials or read his manga, so I wasn't really expecting it. I think I'll stick around for another few episodes before considering a drop. |

| Isayama Hajime should be awarded The Manga with The Highest Inconsistencies of Characters' Appearances. He keeps performing multiple plastic surgeries on those Shingeki No Kyojin characters in a SINGLE chapter. Yes, I've read up to the latest chapter of Shingeki No Kyojin manga. Forced myself to read through the kidsketching chapters after the anime's ended. At least from now on, I only have to go through the hell once a month. Patiently awaiting SNK TV/movie/OVA anime-sequel. The 2015 SNK live-action movie would probably suck. |

But this really stood out for me.....I mean, this is pretty ridiculous Besides from this one screenshot, the noses seem pretty normal to me. Anyway, I usually don't watch shows that are currently airing but I had to make an exception since I'm a fanboi of Kaito. First episode seemed alot more fast paced than the magic kaito specials. I guess this is kind of a good thing so that we get to see new content earlier. The opening theme song is also quite good. HYPE!!!!!!!!!! |

| Animation wise I like the OVA series better but glad they changed the ending it took place in the school not in Aoko's home I like it better this way. |

I have no other information besides this episode, but his father is 100 percent alive... This is incredibly obvious. The shadow figure at the end is him. Also his "death scene" screams fake death. His father was the greatest magician he could escape even if it was rigged. Also no body was found. The "your father is alive in here" dialogue was also a huge hint. Therefore how possibly could you think his father is dead? |

| Since it is going to have a 2 cour and if they follow the manga properly... I seriously can't wait for Conan... err. The real Kudou Shinichi to appear in this series. It is on the missing hand of the clock case to the people who have watched the original DC. |

| Holy smokes so far so good. The old school vibe is very refreshing and reminds me of when I watched Conan on Cartoon Network ages ago. Kaito is hilarious, eccentric and awesome. It's all very simple but clever and I'm loving it for that. Great show to pick up on a whim this season. |

Well if exclude the knowledge people have about other works and this work and look things objectively then his right. I never saw any Detective Connan etc and i got the same impression as him. Most other like you seem to talk more from some kind of nostalgia factor. The only other conclusion i can get to be lenient to such a thing is that this actually a kids "inspector gadget" type of show because that was the atmosphere with all that stupid stuff. I mean a guy called Kaitou that does magic all the time around everyone is not the prime suspect of some magic thief called Kaito kid? Not to mentioned that now a stole diamond was found in-frond of the police father guy. How will they explain that i wonder. If this isn't suppose to be a kids silly show like that then those scenes were really atrocious. |
