The show is gory and portrays a "half-ghoul" trying to control his bloodlust. This after the organs of a "binge eating" ghoul are donated to him after a accident where the girl ghoul is killed. It is dark and sick. Perhaps the girl had been watching it. Also one ghoul is killed by the "half ghoul" who now has the powers of the dead ghoul binge eater. He kills that ghoul, by ramming his head into a metal guard rail, and it is very graphic. Perhaps she had been watching it and was influenced by it.
