| I thought Kishimoto was going to pull a plothole-no-jutsu out of his ass and have Lee open the 8th gate too. Glad he didn't. (Also glad he addressed the Kakashi Kamui spam, too.) Man that punch has got to hurt. Any other person would have straight died from the impact of Gai's 8th gate punch. Just goes to show how powerful Madara is... |

| My fcking god, thats intense. I think is the most intense fight yet in naruto. Kakashi, guy, Minato and Lee all going up against him at once, TEAM WORK BABY. That shit was awesome and naruto is BACK!! Thank god. I thinking they might stretch that out, but it looks like i am so looking forward to next chapter and is it just me does naruto look older? He has kind of a slightly different appearance |

| From the last page Naruto Woke up in his Mindscape due to the water surrounding him! A possible meeting??? Man this Chap was Awesome! I so love the way Madara was getting the crap beaten out of him! Rule of shonen 101: when your flashback is shown during a hard battle and you aren't the protagonist, you are definitely a dead man! |

| Mother of god Guy smacked Madara around. The teamwork between Kakashi, Lee, Gaara and Minato was done so well. This chapter definitely had me jaw dropped the entire time. Can't wait for this to be animated in the anime. Definitely one of my favorite momments in all of Naruto. I remember in 2010 when Riakage was shown everyone was saying his lighting shield was stronger then the 8 gates. People saying Madara would still beat Guy at 8 gates. To anyone who thought any of the above... " xD " this is me laughing at you. |

| Good thing Naruto's finally awake, if Madara and Gai simply continued to fight Gai would have started to lose soon enough - Madara's far from being down and Gai won't stand the pain forever, that's not even counting Madara's offensive, he could easily fly up a few miles in the air and start bombing the ground with huge bijuudamas before Gai can even reach him. The 8 gates though... 100 times your normal power? That's pretty damn awesome! |

| Gai was able to hit Madara finally someone was able to. There was some awesome teamwork there. Although I doubt that will be enough but hopefully with Naruto's return and another strategy they will be able to pull something off. |

Well, it's confirmed again that Gai is indeed gonna die, but damn, how awesome would it be if damage from this battle came and bit Madara's ass at the worst timing (i.e. when he's fighting Naruto + Sasuke)? I hope that happens, it would make Gai's death a bit more epic than it already is. |

It would make the whole fight a setup for Madara's ultimate downfall which would be really cool. |
| anyone else think madara's abilities have been nerfed in order to make gai look better? i still liked the chapter but it's hard for me to believe that madara couldn't mount any offense in an entire chapter. |

Madara showed in the last chapter that the speed from the eight gate is too fast even for him. That is probably why he couldn't mount an offense against Gai. |

| Very good teamwork guys! :D They hit him real hard this time! But I'm sure they all gonna have their butts kicked by Madara in the following chapters. I mean, it's kinda obvious that Naruto & Sasuke are going to defeat the final boss. No offense Gai-san! :P But you know its kind of unfair to weaken Madara now, cause he wont be able to use his full power against Naruto & Sasuke, who in contrast to Madara are gonna be revived, fresh and ready for battle. |
| I've gotta say it's been a real long time since I've actually enjoyed a fight in Naruto... And to think Guy would be the one to bring the awesomeness back (not that I don't like him, but I haven't been the biggest fan either). I hope it keeps up. |
| Man, seeing how much damage Gai does to Madara the remaining ninja should just all open the eight gates. Although they may not be able to execute it perfectly due to lack of training, the likes of Kakashi, A, Darui, or Kitsuchi should be able to pull it off on the first try (and withstand the pain too). |
