Michiru just started to annoy me after playing the game for almost a week straight and her story arc seemed too stupidly unrealistic compared to the other arcs. And Makina had a great story but I don't like lolis so she can't be my favorite. Amane comes in at a close second to Yumiko and Sachi is right behind her. |

| Michiru's my favorite, oops. (Mizuhashi Kaori all the way <3) Here is how I've personally ranked the characters (from best to worst): -Michiru -Amane -Sachi -Yumiko -Makina Kazuki has no place in my ranking, but I don't mean that in a way like I don't like her. I just don't know where to place her. :D Though, IMO, the two best routes were Michiru's and Amane's. >_<; |

| Makina and Michiru are both fucking amazing, it's kinda crazy that the same VN has 2 chars in my top 5. If I had to choose one I'd go with Makina but they're both 10/10 hilarious. Sachi and Amane are also both really good albeit in different ways; the former is just very likable in general whereas the latter gives off the overly convenient girlfriend image. Yumiko is way too antisocial to be likable though, although I guess part of the reason she's so much worse than the other four might be because of how tough the opposition is. Makina > Michiru >>> Sachi > Amane >>>>> Yumiko Something like that. If it's allowed to include Kazuki, I'd squeeze her in between Michiru and Sachi; she's not funny enough to make it higher but she's got an amazing aura of reliability and she's pretty cool as a person. |

Funnily enough, I think she (and Yuuji's point of view) gave me the final push away from tsunderes. And don't even get me started on those ridiculous fantasy plot-twists, what the hell. :@ Sad about Yumiko, though. As a big fan of kuuderes, I was looking forward to her route the most, and it ended up being a huge disappointment. The best route for me would have to be either Amane's or Makina's... I'd probably lean towards Amane just because of those great epilogues, but it is very close. |

| Yumiko definitely had the best romance with Yuuji. Though the best romance in the game was Amane x Kazuki. Oh god game Red haired x Platinum blonde, are you trying to kill me? Not sure why people dislike Yumiko's route but eh I guess that's just how opinions go. I was more than satisfied with it. |

| Michiru's my favorite. I'm a bit surprised by all the hate she's getting... but I guess I can understand. I loved all the characters and also feel that Yumiko's route had the best romance. I was expecting a lot more from her route, but I'm more or less satisfied. |

| Currently playing my first heroine route of Grisaia no Kajitsu with Suou Amane. And I am just loving her more and more. But from first playing the demo. The scene where Michiru is hiding the stray cat. Since then, though from her first appearance also, --Michiru is my favorite female character, that's for sure. |

| Best Route and best girl goes to Michiru. I found her completely annoying when i was going through the routes in order. But once you start her route so many doors open up it is just an amazing ride. And it also had a perfect ending that didn't drag on forever (cough cough Amane). Second place for best route and best girl goes to Amane even with that kinda of subpar ending the whole entire route was great. Worst route goes to yumikoi it's like a watered down Makina route. If makina's route did not exist i would probably think yumiko's was not bad. |

| I've only played the common + Michiru's route so far, but I have to say Michiru is my favourite. The fake tsundere act was hugely entertaining, and she actually had a nice personality, as opposed to acting like a spoiled brat *coughMakinacough*. Also, I liked her backstory, I could easily imagine a real person going through that and developing into someone like Michiru. It's a shame that her route |

| Oh yeah forgot about that minor detail. I do love how the story both takes itself seriously and not so seriously with a lot of plot elements. |
| I haven't completed all routes yet, but in terms of most to least date-able: Makina > Sachi > Amane > Yumiko > Michiru That's not to say I dislike any of the characters. Michiru, for example, I placed as "least dateable", but she's possibly the most interesting character in the entire VN. |
