Any time Nao says "what a nice person" - that person is clearly evil. This includes Akiyama as well. Guaranteed that he's going to backstab her at some point. Though he'll probably un-backstab her later thanks to the "lessons" she has taught him in honesty or something lame like that. I keep hoping this series will turn into Kaiji, but so far I've been very disappointed. |

| I totally called the 'lawyer' working for the Liar Game Corporation. I was disappointed in Volume 1, but at the same time, I'm also intrigued enough to read Volume 2. I hope the games become mathematically complicated. |

| I really wasn’t impressed with the first half, but the story got a bit more interesting at the end (even though it’s still incredibly farfetched). At least the dynamic between the main characters has the potential for some nice development. I rate Liar Game 7/10 so far and will put it on hold. I’ll check out some other stuff first, but definitely come back to it! |
