Overall it was unexpectedly interesting: much better than previous eps.
Yup. I was considering dropping the show in the middle of 03 as it's basically "GuP: done wrong" but ep 04 restored my faith in C³-bu and I'm once again interested in the show.

Lol I like the change in the OP, Yura is starting to become more badass ever since she changed her hair. Also, I didn't think Yura's world could extend to other people as well, I was surprised when I Rento was seeing what Yura could see.
Also, I hope that they could show Choujirou again, he was quite an interesting character, but I have a feeling of doubt. Either way, I enjoyed this episode.

Absolutely magical episode. It'll sound a bit silly, but I can't help but feel some gratitude for being shown that.

Sports anime that use metaphors like these to show a character finally discovering their talent, or making it through a slump, are something so much more than just a story about playing sports.

Now maybe in the future she will be given the chance to save the life of Sonora's master.
At the cost of none of c3 knowing her any longer.

this is not unexpected, all gainax works have some sort of deeper theme,
the surprise is that they managed to do it in an anime about airsoft.
unexpected to say the least, but its good to watch

Well then...I dunno how fitting supernatural into an airsoft anime is going to work, but I suppose we'll see. Or, hopefully, it won't go further than her battlefield fantasies from now on.

Adding some supernatural to this? I'm not sure where this is going; but if it adds character development for Yura then I'm okay with it.

I miss Yura's long hair ;_;

Looks like no one noticed that Rento also stepped into the "delusion", most likely for a point to be made.

Time-travelling? Changing history? I have no idea what just happened. I guess this is a supernatural series now, not that I mind. I just wasn't expecting this.
Well, it was a decent episode though.

... Oh god I'm stupid. I didn't realize that she actually changed history.
That's badass.
Yura is officially the more badass member of the team. I mean, look at that:

Strangely enough, this makes me have mixed feelings about the show. I'm kinda disappointed and impressed at the same time.

I dont know what to think? but cool episode if this doesnt happen alot and does Yura go back in time and save Sonoras Sensei too? Hope this shit doesnt get to trippy

What uncanny coincidence again (after the one I observed between MJP and Tamayura). Again within in one week two very different anime mentioned Nasu no Yoichi, the legendary archer who was in the Genpei War in the Heian Age of Japan.
So MAL finally starts locking news threads that are only a few weeks old?

I wonder where was the announcement of this change? Or we are seeing yet another case of changes made that impacted users but not communicated to them?

I wonder how long people would put up with this.

As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series.

Was anyone creeped the hell out when that fox-dude appeared at the range after dark? xD

I'm so in love with Ren-chan's voice. Dx Yura and Ren-chan <3

I didn't even noticed that it implied she changed history. I just thought the other girls were all outta their minds or she was wrong since the beginning..but that seems to make the most sense...hmm....

Yura imagination overlap with reality with the help of the Kami power... she's also saw that Inari Okami, interesting, but this revelation had no correlation to previous episodes at all.

I've been mulling the onigiri around in my head, though I think I may know why. But, I can definitely understand (sort of) the Kyudo. If one thinks all there is to using a gun is pointing it and pulling the trigger, then you don't understand.

At first I was like: The hell is going on here? Then I realized this is made by Gainax. Makes perfect sense.

Enjoyable episode I like Rento more and more. 4/5.

So, Sonora, the only thing that matters is enjoyment huh? But if I don't enjoy fighting a losing game and surrender I'm the worst scum on earth? Nice logic there.
