| Madara's the same as Sasuke... talking about "childish dream". The Uchihas are really too full of themselves. I think this was a good flashback. Madara's sharingan was awaken during the spur of the moment. |

How could they be hokage? and isnt Tobirama died protecting Hiruzen and the other squad member? (during danzo's flashback when tobirama appoint hiruzen to be the next hokage) btw this chapter is ok. This chapter we can conclude that its tobirama who caused izuna's death. the best thing in this chapter for me is when hashirama give his brother the "stare" again xP |

| Man Hashirama was crusty as hell back then, when Madara got defeated, Tobirama was going to end it all right there, but Hashirama stopped him for some stupid reason, like some young Uchiha's who like Madara will go on a rampage, who cares, just kill them all off. |

| Madara and hasirama fought because they were uchiha and senju... nice.... The little part at the end was good, but overall naruto is boring me at the minute. I thought they would at least found konoha together and then madara could go betray him for some reason or another, just feels like it is stating the obvious right now. All we are seeing is two rival clans fighting, as if we didn't know that the senju and uchiha fought >.> |

| I am really enjoying this flashback, get to see the motivations behind Harishima and Madara. It was nice to see little bouts of all their encounters, Izuna getting fatally wounded, Madara getting the Mangekyo Sharingan, and Harishima's insistence on peace, he was truly a good dude. |

| I aint going to lie i thought flashback would be as long as Vagabond and Shamo. Either the fights was trash. Naruto made me hate flashbacks in just about every anime and manga now if its not about the main character. |
| Man, Seeing Tobirama be all cold I can totally see where Danzo got his inspiration from! And of course Hashirama would try to use talk-no-jutsu as he's she foreswadowing of what Naruto can become! |

| i thought this chapter was ok I gave it a 3/5 but I actually don't mind the concept behind this flashback so maybe that's why I don't hate as much as other ppl but I could see how this could be annoying to people who dislike flashbacks in naruto. |

| Not a bad chapter, it was better than the previous one; but whats with all the emo. "Kill your brother or kill yourself...." and whats with Hashirama's hard-on for Madara. I get that they where friends for a while as kids and their plan was a great idea but Madara has been fighting him non-stop since they where children. Their clans are at war Madara refuses to go along with his plan every time, just kill him and be done with it. Tobirama is the only sane person in this arc, honestly try harder Kishimoto. What happened to Kishimoto? I mean the guy use to write excellent back stories for his characters back in the day. I still remember Guy Lee's past; nearly made me cry the first time I read it. Now all of his flashbacks feel very superficial. I never really feel any sense of attachment to the characters since he always reuses the same betrayal story. This is going to be the pain arc all over again. They are going to leave it up to Naruto and Sasuke to "break the cycle". |

Because the flash back could flash forward further into the future, most likely not though, it will probably be explained later on, but for once it would be nice to see a full back story behind the mobile military police of the senju clan and what their motives were, and what motivated hashirama and tobirama to start building konoho, their is much history left to be told, i just hope kishi does not leave those things out. But then again fans said we would never see izuna gain, and we were wrong bout that. So far kishimoto is doing a great job wrapping up the story lines, if i had to say one of the major faults with the show though is the whole "a loved one dies that is close to an uchiha that causes them to go insane with rage" This chapter was just a little over the top in my opinion when in regards to vengeance and how madara and hashirma became sworn enemies. |
