I've bought a Yoko Littner bʘʘbie mousepad, a Detective Conan pen/laser pointer, a Bleach necklace and wristband, a Beck wristband, and some anime posters but now I make my own posters so I don't need to.

I'd be afraid to really total it all, it'd make me feel sad.

Absolutely nothing, even though i am an anime fan I don't plan to spend anything on it. Free episodes on the internet is all I will need :p

Oh..well the only thing that I have is the Bleach anime Ichigos Bankai Katana, but It was bought to me so..yes, nothing ^^

My god how in the hell did I miss this thread.

I can't believe I never saw the downfall of our community troll lol. No wonder he went quiet for ages. Best read I've had in a while, also loling at the fact that when he got busted, the input on this thread disappeared XD.

Anyway on topic, I sat and thought about it, I havent bought many anime series but I'm guilty of having spent alot of money on Yugioh cards and games so yeah I'd say easily between £4000 and £5000 over the course of 6 years. I'm still "kind of" collecting now just to keep up with the current meta for the card game. Spent over £100 this week alone.

I bought a Beyblade, Yugioh and Bojack Unbound movie when I was 12 so that altogether was around $75 and haven't spent a dime on anime after that (learned the beauty that is the internet).

Approximately 2000-3000€ for manga (including the ones I already sold again for 1/5th of the original price or less, not subtracting that income)
Approximately 300-500€ for anime.
Approximately 80€ for 3 T-Shirts (One Piece, Uchuu Kyoudai, Shingeki no Kyojin) and 3 Posters (Berserk, Ghost in the Shell (1995),Akira)

Plus another 1000-1500€ for western comics.
Not to mention books.
I probably regret this post by now.

If that would include the money I pay to get to conventions across the country and hotel prices.....probably 5000 or something. But they're like vacations for me, so it's very worth it. On actual merchandise....maybe 2000+? I don't know, there's just some stuff I have to have when I see it. This guy had this awesome Melfina cell and original sketch, like when she's doing the navigation, and even though it cost me 500$, I think I would have ended up being mad at myself for not buying it. I used to pause of those scenes thinking they were awesome, so owning one of those cells now is pretty cool.

To date, roughly $500-$600 on anime and $50-$100 on manga. Of course, I only started spending money on it less than a year ago.

I'm too broke to afford any anime merchandise. I doubt I would buy any if I even had money.

I don't know if the currency converter I used is broken or what. Are you seriously saying that you've spent over 80 million dollars?

That's more than most people earn in a lifetime.

Not as much as I probably could have, seeing as there's pretty much one tiny anime store in my entire province. ;o; And I'm still terrified of buying stuff online.
I own most of the FMA manga, a cheap Hetalia keychain, and a pocket watch, but that's pretty much the extent of my anime merch sadly.

Go through Rightstuf for online purchases. They are extremely trustworthy and work directly with the licensing companies so all of their products are legit. I've ordered from them many times and always had great success, plus gotten a lot of good deals.

Oh sweet! Thank you very much! c: I'll defiantly have to check it out; I've always wanted a Nendoroid or two for my desk but I've never seen them around here before.

0.00€ or 0.00$ depending on how you see it. Either way, it makes no difference, unless you count Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh! cards as anime merchandrise. Other than that, I haven't spent money anywhere else, at least not yet. But I'd probably get a poster or two ifever I get the chance.

£4.96. It was a Miku keychain, there's not many anime stores around here so I don't get the opportunity to waste my money so often. My wallet was full of coins so I started counting them. The key chain was £5, i got to £4.95 and my last coin was a one penny so I had to beg the lady behind the counter for me to buy it ;_; But she let me get it anyway :3

I've spent about 109 mrf (Maldivian Rufiyaa) for a Naruto Sunagakure Armband, 99 for a Death Note wallet, 79 for two Death Note L & Ryuk Flashlight Keychains each, 209 for a Bleach Bankai Necklace and about 159 for a Final Fantasy X (granted, not an anime) Belt. In total that is about 734 mrf. Back when I bought them, the dollar conversion rate was 12.85 mrf for a dollar, so that is about $57 worth of goods. I only have the Death Note wallet and the Belt now, though.

I also own 8 Death Note Volumes (2-6 and 9-11), though I did not buy them and got them from a friend who didn't want them anymore. They cost around $67 total. I also wanted to buy a Vincent Valentine Cerberus model for 500 mrf (around $38), but the shop closed down before I could get the money.

I now plan on buying a lot of stuff from Rightstuf (see what I did there?) and from CrunchyRoll too.
