| The most psychotic laugh I've seen so far would have to be either Kira's laugh from Death Note's original Japanese version, or Alucard's cackle from Hellsing's English dub. One of my personal favorites is Shishio Makoto's laugh (from Rurouni Kenshin) when he's dying. |
