| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- It's almost like I'm watching an episode of Star Wars or something. Why does Pilaf have such a huge ship anyway? Surly he could fit all he needs in one half the size. Well they haven't proved themselves to be a very smart group so far... Anyway poor Goku, he's fighting for a Dragon Ball he doesn't even want. I wonder how much longer it will take for him to find out. |

Also, why do his henchmen continue to serve him. He seems to provide them with nothing but abuse and threats of torture. They have had plenty of opportunity to usurp him, but for some inexplicable reason, they continue to follow his orders. So far, this season looks to have a little bit higher production value. I am curious to see how this saga progresses. |
| The Red Ribbon army is already pissing me off. Just as I thought, Pilaf is not good even for keeping one ball away from then. And of course - Goku is alive. He isn't affected by bullets, explosions or any shit like these :D |

| I wonder if they'll kill pilaf or not. I mean they should since he would cause them more trouble later on. But I get the feeling that pilaf will survive. It's sort of surprising though, this show has so many fight scenes but it never really has any serious death scenes. I mean I'm sure at least a couple of people have died in the series thus far due to fights but I like the way they treat it. It's sort of messed up but it's true that we fans only care when the one of the main people in the group die and not some character we barely know |
| It would also be weird if goku and chichi married right now. That would mean they would do it and I'm not really interested in watching 12-13 year olds doing it, lol. Plus goku is not mature yet at all and is not nearly responsible enough. Plus he might be asexual. |

| It feels so weird to see militaristic people in DB. It makes a lot of sense for them to use Hoi Poi capsules. Pilaf having Goku PTSD seeing him on the cameras was funny and also mimicking Goku’s move of sticking his tongue out. It was even funnier to see Goku piss on the secret camera 😭. But wow, the RRR has tons of soldiers. Curious to see how strong they’ll actually be when the real arc starts. |
