| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Schedule line up for the upcoming episodes. Just thought i would post it. Oh man these upcoming episodes are going to be pretty crazy. This is the moment i been seriously waiting for the anime to hit this point. From here on in, its going to really focus on more story developing from a historical and character point of view, more world building and just intense fights. Kabuto's is one of my favorite's. Finally at long last, lol his back story is started to be revealed. Until then we didn't know jack shit bout kabuto Yakushi, i don't know why kishimoto waited so long to show his background, i guess he had his reasons. Next episode is going to be pretty cool, will finally learn the truth behind what created the present kabuto and how he got involved with orichimaru. For people that do not like flash backs, get over it!. Its character devoloping and personally i like when naruto shows these back stories rather then just straight on crazy fights like the past episodes have been. Don't get me wrong, battles are great, but i like when the plot moves forwards, reveals new information, like for example, until now, we now know that kabuto is not his real name. It was a name given to him and we will also soon learn about the secrets of the Izanami. I might add for these upcoming episodes the animation looks splendid, probably the best it has ever been in a long while. |

| Oh that Izanagi... I completely forgot that name what it meant in Naruto.. I was a bit derailed by Darker than Black xD. Well f0ck.. he was cute.. why this story about him? Want us to be feeling something for him? I think it kinda worked. It was a great episode and even though I never disliked Kabuto... I don't know.. about this flashback. And seems next episode we will see more about him. Can't wait for it ^_^ 5/5. Forgot to say, the animation was awesome! |

| Touching backgroundstory about Kabuto Yakushi, but to it is kinda late to build up some sympathy towards him And like all flashbacks from villains they die relatively fast after that Be it with Izanagi, Izanami or Anko sneaking in and beat him up for stealing her pantsu's xD |

| I didn't know that Kabuto used to be a Konoha's spy.I guess he mentioned it couple of episodes earlier,but I might have missed that. Izanagi...Izanami(Rewriting destiny)...How many forbidden jutsu does Uchiha Clan possess?Man, thic clan's dark side is creepy!!! Orochimaru died almost 200 eps ago ,but his shadow's still leading the story. BTW,in one of the flashbacks,we saw Sasuke and Tobi in Konoha.What was their purpose for being in Konoha??I think they don't have problem for penetrating through the village without being detected by Konoha's barrier. PS:If the sentences are not grammatically correct,sorry. |

| Kabuto's backstory is not filler it was in the manga, so you'll either have to just deal with it or skip the entire next episode because its likely gonna be all about Kabuto's past. Personally his backstory is one of the ones I enjoyed the most next to Nagato's and Kisame's. So I'll definitely enjoy seeing it animated next ep. |

| Itachi has an asspull-no-jutsu up his sleeve called Izanami, that just happens to conveniently exist for the single situation that they are in. So we are finally entering the Kabuto flashbacks, the most boring and worst-placed things in the whole series (almost). These upcoming flashbacks were so negatively received in the manga, it took like four chapters to get through his bullcrap... and Kabuto talks too much to top it off. | Dayum Kabuto had it hard in the past. In Naruto everybody knows that when you get a long ass flashback about your life, you're either going to die soon, or get forgotten, Nagato went out the same way. |

Exactly. this is the reason why i my self like naruto because of that logic built into the characters and one piece. unlike bleach which has very generic one sided villains. The characters in naruto are all more humanized i guess you can say, not one of them is any TRUE villain, they all have their reasons that defines what they are what shaped them into what they have become. |

I am afraid their is a little more relevance to his back story then just trying to feel sympathy for him, their is a reason he chose this time to tell his back story and its tie'd-in to an undisclosed mystery. But you'll have to see for your self. This one as a bit slow, more like build up. But the next one is going to be quite insightful. |

Not only it would kill the intense atmosphere, it doesn't feels like a right time to have it. Though of 'cause it can be argued that when Kabuto dies(if he does), we would probably feel more sad for him since we'd just watched his past and thus sympathise him more. Sigh, why pokemon, why you have a double episode last week... if you didn't next week will be the revelation of the forbidden jutsu... Izanami. I agree that death in the middle of a battle slows the intensity down and kind of placed in an awkward moment but its a very common trend in shonen, so i have gotten used it. It is just something you have to expect. How its done i guess gives it more shock value. (Next episode will tell all) But since most people didn't give a crap bout kabuto to begin with, it kind of diminishes it, now just imagine if one of the characters you have grown to love in naruto died like kakashi. I bet when that happen way back during the nagato arc, people felt something lol. Or even worse, Jiraya's death, imo was one of the most epic deaths shown so far in this series. |
