| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- The animation looks beautiful. The double black panthers looked cool too. Reminded me of Pain vs Naruto. Dan isn't really that important, the main guy is Asuma though. | I was wondering what happened to the others that where controlled by Kabuto in this battle that where only focussing on Gold and Silver. Seems this battle is long from over with the end appearance of the last few that are under Kabuto's power. |

| This is simply award-winning! No episode last week, filler in the next. And those precious metal brothers.. I don't read the manga, but browsed wiki article about them some time ago and got a certain image of a formidable enemies. What we got? A word games with half-jinchuuriki? Then the brats just slashed through Kinkaku with that hacked mind transfer and item transportation, only because we need to move plot into old-teacher-and-student-reunion. Basically the whole fight seemed out of place. Heh, and for some reason Raikage urged to face them personally. One more moment - why the hell did KinGin have 'whiskers' before Kurama devoured them in the flashback? |

| Honestly, this Ninja War is a huge disappointment. We're losing sight of the real enemy here with all these separate stories going on. And the fights are kinda stupid lol. Asuma. Ouch. That's gonna be hard. Looking forward to it. I actually want to see a Dan and Tsunade reunion too though.. I always found their story touching. Next episodes probably something to promote the upcoming movie. Eh, whatever.. It'll be a refreshing break. |
| I really enjoyed this week's episode. There were a lot of cool filler fight scenes that made the fight even more awesome than it was supposed to be. I definitely enjoyed the anime version of this fight way more than the manga version. I love how they kept showing shots of Tenten when she didn't really do anything significant in this episode! I kept waiting for her to pull out some dope kunai technique or something but she never did! Oh well, hopefully in the future she'll get to kick some ass! I mean for God's sake, Ino practically won this fight! INO PEOPLE! C'MON! At least give Tenten some epic filler moment! XD Really weirded out about the random Sakura filler episode next week. Must be Sakura appreciation day or something in Japan! We'll see how that goes next week. Anyway, great episode this week. |

| Nice episode, good ending, deeply worried about the presence of filler next week. Even if it is a special, I really hope they don't have a filler arc now. That would totally suck. They have plenty of material to work with from the manga so it's not like they need to do a filler arc yet! |

| I liked Ino-Shika-Cho in this episode so much especially their interraction with their dads :) i love them and want to see them more often, i'm sorry they had to fight Asuma-sensei but it was inevitable from the moment he appeared, this is Naruto ;P Ahh speaking of which where is he, why has he so little screen time in his own show :< |
