This feels kinda rushed tbh. One of those conclusions but it didn't really prove much beyond what people expect from Lufas. More background storytelling on Lufas and a bunch of lore. Episode felt like it could've worked slightly earlier in order.

Well, I guess it did kinda establish the reputation of the Twelves Stars of Heaven. I think this is the season finale? At any rate, it felt underwhelming imo.

Well looks like the hero won't be having any pretty girls around him and that's as it should be.
Lufasu was back in memory lane learning about her past or rather remembering about her past.
And we got to see new characters again including a girl living alone, lets hope she doesn't stay alone like that.
I kinda like her tho she must have been surprised but the party members of Lufasu who don't know how to hold back.
We got to see a lot of destruction in this episode and her follows dealing with emotion.

An OK finale. I’d say the last two episodes were the best.

As for the whole season, it was pretty inconsistent and aimless most of time, but still fun.

6/10. Was hoping for more.

Lufas realizing that the world she's in, concocted by Alovenus the Goddess herself who created this scenario, which is rather vastly different, it will take quite the effort to debunk the difference in both timelines.

For Sei, it's not just the Hawk's Eye joining him, but even the king wanting to be part of the raid against Devil King Orm and Conqueror Lufas, he sure is an eccentric king. That said, with Lufas and the gang going to Vanaheim to find Parthenos, they instead find one of the Heavenly Stars of Virgo escorting them to see one of their own...who unfortunately died before them. Instead, more than Aigokeros being the idiot to destroy her barrier, the ghost of Parthenos not showing up, Luas and the rest can't be waiting for very long, so onto the next place, which would be her mother's homeland where Lufas was first born.

Seeing all of the apparitions showcasing Lufas's past of discrimination against her and her mother, the Heavenly Stars once again almost incurred the last boss's wrath for creating trouble. And to get to the mystery of Lufas's past deeper then before, the ghost of Parthenos the Maiden appearing before them to answer part of that with the Goddess's Scenario, and the other half of her memory lapsing, with Alovenus's 5 Dragons, of which one of them, the Dragon of Heaven, is indeed true and is in hibernation, though that Lufas has done the sealing 200 years back then. Adding to that with the Goddess's trickster moves with Parthenos's warning. and the visit to her mother's grave that proved that her and Alovenus had a feud going on with her initiation back to the game dragging the player into her scenario, the answers all finally click together for a revenge against the Goddess and to find the Last Boss herself.

Quite the climax ending, though I really hope that there's Season 2 to continue this overarching story. It's interesting plot lore!

The Livechart website lists episode 13 as TBA. Is there a possibility of this anime being a split cour? This cliffhanger ending is quite odd.

Hero's party might be down but it isn't out! Gantz and Hawk Eye might not be the ideal lineup, but they definitely make a fun one.

Lufas realizing that all their fun OP power fantasy shenanigans were really an insidious trap set by the Goddess to keep the real Lufas from accomplishing her goal is brutal.

I so want a season two so we can figure out what exactly the Goddess was trying to prevent Lufas from accomplishing with this complex scheme!

And just like that, the missing pieces fall into place regarding this puzzle called Dina. Avatar, huh? It also explains why he was reincarnated or sent into Luphas. Too bad, this looks like the Season is ending.

And so we end with a bit more info and insight into the background of this world and why our hero was brought into it as Lufas.

Mixed feelings on what turned out to be the first show I finished watching for the Fall 2025 Anime Season. This didn't really even feel like a finale to me. I think the fact that I had to double check and make sure it actually was is telling in and of itself. This series seemed to largely fly under the radar it seemed. Funnily enough, it was one of a couple I watched this season in which I had already read some of the source material several years ago now. I more or less remember reading all the plot points as depicted here until the big reveal of Dina's true identity. As it turns out, that took up more or less this entire cour. So it almost felt like I'd already watched this in that regard. I was enjoying this series in a mindless sort of way, enough for a 7/10 score, but near the end I realized none of it seemed to stick with me. Seemed to amount to much. That said, would I watch more as the "To be continued" end card seems to indicate is coming? Yeah I guess, sure, why not? But I'm giving this a high 6/10.

Expect a proper season 2 announcement soon (it may already happen as of now), and yes, I'll continue to watch. I hope it'll arrive soon otherwise I'll forget all the detail.

Second cour confirmed ?

Also the episodes are released one week ahead, so if there's an announcement there won't be one before next week.

Ok ending I guess? It sets up for future plot. Will there be another season or cour 2?

Avatar...the goddess's avatar I wonder who that could be...it couldn't be our blue hair'd Dina right?

Anyways though I enjoyed this first season. It was a good adaptation, hopefully we get more soon.

I fucking hate when shows are secretive with the number of episodes they have. I knew this was episode 12, but until this morning MAL didn’t have the ending date or number of episodes for the series so I couldn’t prepare a review or anything. Annoying. Glad we’re getting a second cour though, hope it won’t be too long a wait. This was such a banger finale, feels like this was all a prologue for the real story to begin now. I’m so incredibly hyped after that final scene of Lufas swearing the counterattack the goddess.

I loved all the interactions with Lufas party throughout the season, but I think this episode was their best stuff yet. Aigokeros constantly blowing shit up and Libra trying to destroy Lufas hometown and kill her father because of what he put her thru was hilarious. Aigokeros was not that silly before I swear lol.

We finally get the last girl from the season’s poster! Virgo is so pretty! The loyal devotion she’s had to Parthenos even in death mirrors Dina and Lufas(even tho Dina’s lore is fake) which I guess is why Dina said they have the same personality. Speaking of Dina though, is Venus not literally just an avatar of Alovenus? The names are way too similar. Surely she’s using Dina as her avatar right? What is her actual goal though. This series has been so good at twists and worldbuilding.

On the topic of worldbuilding, holy shit, the guardian dragons and all these different realms they’re sealed in+ finding OG Lufas’ motivations gives us a TON of shit to work towards in season 2. I cannot wait man. Inject this into my veins NOW. One of the best recent isekai. Really set itself apart.

Granny lived for 199 years because she believe Lufas would come back, dies because she choked on some fruit 💀🥀

I thought Aigokeros would be the usual old wise man cliche, but he is rather hasty isn't he? I don't know if I like that.

Then we get Libra, Aries and Aigokeros destroying the city? That was very silly.

Why does Parthenos have a young body but an old woman's voice? I mean she restored her young appearance, why keep the old voice?

There's no way this is the last episode, right? Such a rushed ending.

Great show, 10 out of 10 for me.

And I am glad that season 2 (or cour 2) is a big possibility giving the ending 'to be continued' title.

And they ended it at just the perfect part, after Lufas visited her home town and decided on her true goal.

Shame I have to wait for season 2 to start as I really want to see

But it is what it is, hopefully now that is finished and people can bench the show it will get the recognition it deserves.

This anime was just another seasonal advertisement of source material but this time with "To be continued" fat lie at end.

I hate that I can smell/taste/see the bad guy from here but Lufas can’t. Absolutely should have offed Dina when she had the chance. If that even was possible. Considering how this is leaning to her being the Goddesses Avatar.

a rushed final EP, most pts are intact but Lufus backstory as a kid was cut. The 7 hero vampire gal teaser, which is a major pt in the story, probably reach that pt at the end of S2 if there is one following the manga. Fans should read the manga, more details are explained.

While not the most gripping world and ending, the characters still have their charm, especially useful Aqua (Dina).

Bit disappointed not to see & hear that amazing Dina ED one more time. But at least the OP was decent.

In general they don't bother with that kind of stuff.
The ending of seasonal animes are in general open ended or with a cliffhanger that tells you : you want to know what happens next ? Buy the book.
Here, they put a, normally, unnecessary "To be continued!", so they intend to continue the anime with a second cour.

"What is this place?"

"What's with these pointlessly quirky characters?"
Hero has meta/fourth wall powers.

So Dina is likely an avatar of Allovenus and not the actual goddess, and maybe Libra also?

Main plot begins in the last two minutes of season 1.

Nice season/cour finale, two new characters, a cute Heaven-Winged girl and a funny cackling grandma and some backstory reveals.

So they said "to be continued" at the end. Looking forward, already reading the manga but at least the German translation has a very slow release schedule (currently vol. 3/ch. 15 with events from the mid of ep. 10) so no idea how far I'll catch up there.

Thought this was gonna have 13 episodes for some reason. Anyway a finale full of infodump. We finally know why mc got into Lufas body. He finally got a goal. Feels like at some point Lufas will fully ressurect and mc will seperate from her.

One of the better animes this season. First episode gave me the impression that this might be overlord light but nope. The usual fantasy stuff again but with interesting world building. Hoping for more season.

the lore drop in the last 2 EPs was amazing but brutal as we had to wait that long.
best isekai this season (since this season is the worst anime season this year imo) and t5 new anime this season easily. I fuckin' enjoyed every episode.
Alovenus is the main antagonist of the story and freak Dina.
Lufas is a W protagonist. Love her.
8/10.
gonna read the LN soon.
hope we get a second cour asap.

The violin and drum music in the final scenes was sick. Reminded me of the song from "The Executioner and Her Way of Life" which had an amazing opening song (i.e., https://youtu.be/Wykhe7OgZeA?si=dMKrZRkcpxruQRDt) with such good energy.

This show was also so much more interesting than I was expecting, and this final episode really stepped up in terms of intringe and I really hope there's a second season.

It seems that Dina must be an "avatar" of the Goddess, but would be exciting to see whether that's the case if there is a follow-up season (or to what extent an "avatar" really has to abide by the commands of the Goddess). It did seem sus-y when Dina told Lufus to not explore her memories after they had been sealed away though.

Also the ghost of one of the Twelve was a fun reveal.

It is OBVIOUS that the goddess is Dina, isn’t it? I mean, they’re identical.

I really enjoyed this anime. It is prolly the best of the season. It didn’t really stand out too much at the start, but gradually it gained more fans and was well-received and I’m seeing that a lot of people want season two asap. The fights were really good, I was kinda surprised with how good the animation was, really. The characters were good, and I really liked their designs. The story has actually been so good so far. There are a lot of mysteries and that is so fun for me.

It has surpassed my expectations as an Isekai.

Nothing is obvious, Dina was helping Lufas way too much since the beginning of the story.
If she's the Goddess's Avatar, it doesn't make sense why she would help her so much.
