| It is possible. Basically limited to RWD cars (AWD w/ enough power). You have to be at cornering threshold pretty much and on the gas. I tend to see a lot of cars picking up the inside front tire when autocrossing. It happens when someone's accelerating out of a corner. Happens more often on cars with a stiff front swaybar, and a softer rear suspension. |

It seemed a little too big for managing to keep the tyre in the air enough and put it on the other side. Not to mention it needs crazy abilities to get the timing when the tyre lifts for a little completely right. Crazy stuff. Also i doubt that it can actually work in reality even if someone could do it. The other side is full of dirt and grass, the traction will be horrible. The moment the wheel lands on the other side you could end-up spinning. Anyway it was one of the best battles in Initial D. Very promising start and the whole project D thing seems awesome. This season may turn out to be the best.Too bad they didn't show us Keisuke's victory, i wanted to see it. |

| Drainage is OP! Way too OP, please nerf it! I'd love to see someone try that technique like what Takumi just did xD And here I thought "Kawai" is only girl's name, apparently I'm wrong River and well kanji huh, not sure what does that mean combined I wish they showed Keisuke's battle |

| So Takumi won as expected, things worked out for that couple, and Keisuke won too, even though we didn't get to see it. I mean, I guess it's fine, a pity there was enough time to see Iketani and Kenji though. |

| These two episodes were a pretty cool start. From the looks of it and the build up for Project D it was clear that they would dominate and I loved it. Next guy might offer more of a challenge. |

| I think that maneuver is technically possible, but is very dangerous and requires a lot of luck, or at least precision. I wouldn't try it with my own car, anyway. xD Takumi once again won. How unexpected.. :| I hope we will see Touru racing again. This episode would've been very good if not one small detail... why the hell we couldn't see Keisuke's uphill race?! :/ |

| ok that was crazy. Keeping the car up in the air like that, crazy indeed! Just a normal day for Takumi though lol. Good thing the red car guy is making up with his kawaii gf after this. And... my poor boi Keisuke. He was hyped up just to have his battle not shown lol |

| Wow that was awesome technique by Takumi, Ryosuke really planned everything perfectly for the track. Takumi's opponent really looked like every Initial D fan IRL who attepted to replicate race moves from anime and failed miserably as a result. Its a big shame we didn't see anything regarding the uphill race because the opponent of Takahashi actually looked promising |

| Power of logic and application right here ladies and gentlemen like how in the fuck do you deal with this shit I mean even If I borrowed an old Lancer car I wouldn't even do any crazy shit Takumi does he's reckless, I thought we're going to see some hard heavy drama shit you know I was expecting for it to happen eventually, He really think he can do what Takumi does with his 86 he found it the hard way Would like to see how Keisuki improves too but guess we'll have to wait, Told fiance to quit racing if he lost he loses told her he'll quit surprised face. |

| that over-the-drain trick was very cool. the best part is, it actually seems feasible. i expected the other guy to fail as soon as he was gonna try it too but i felt bad when he flipped. |

| it feels like takumi is the bad guy now. in the previous stages people came to akina being all like"we are the best so weve come to beat everone in gunma" and now takumi and the project d team is doing exactly that. the only difference really is that they arent being assholes about it :D it was amusing that they skipped over keisukes race but im glad as i was already dreading havin to watch it when they started. to be honest i couldnt care less about him |

| Luckily the MX-5 Miata landed on the wheels and the driver was okay. It was glad to see that even Takumi stopped his car to check out if the opponent was okay. |
| That was really silly of Tohru to try this technique just based on arrogance without actually knowing how it works. Well, the outcome was not surprising. I hope the next episodes will pick up the excitement factor, so far it's a bit predictable, but decent for an introduction I guess. |
