| wow the art in this was so bad, I noticed it right away, This is the first time I ever seen one piece look so bad, artists must have gone on strike cause it just lost that anime magic that the art usally brings. |

| they made this episode slow, so that the next one would have 2 chapters in it since its action packed :)) so maybe we will have some nice animation with Magelan's fight |

| Pretty slow episode. I also wonder how can animation be so bad for the series that is every week the most watched shonen anime in Japan with usually over 10% tv rating. With that kind of popularity you can't have tight budget. |

Cheap animation (Ivan-kov had no face in three of the scenes), repeated scenes of Buffy releasing the prisoners, over extended "last time on One Piece" at the beginning, too much "staring down" and unnecessary filler scenes of absolutely nothing but close ups of faces and eyes. Sheesh. Unless Ota has announced he's taking a month off, there's no reason for this. At least there were a few parts that still made it enjoyable. |
