| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- This episode felt a little slow. There's the prep for the school festival and between some of the silliness, I had a little fun watching this episode. Plus, the way that Koyori cooks is kinda cute. Not much action this episode so I think it's more or less a breather episode. Koyori also looked cute in their outfit~ |

| Nothing much happened. The way Koyori was cooking was amusing. She looks cute in the outfit. She was born a Hand Shaker, but lost her memories and couldn't talk later on. She also once held hands with someone else. |

| lol why is Makihara's desktop screensaver his own name? Koyori was so cute in this episode! I'm glad they showed how hard she had to work to improve her cooking. It gets a bit old seeing characters treating cooking as a skill you either have or don't. But if Koyori and Tazuna could cook while holding hands, why couldn't those other girls cook with one hand? What kind of practice were they doing in the first place?? |

| This was a surprisingly likeable episode, thankfully without any of the dodgy animated battles, which will resume as normal next week though. =/ The budget for the animation was noticeable too. Sure, the background shot and sky, especially during the evening sunset, looked really good, but then there were crowd shots that lacked any budget at all. GoHands are lacking in consistency in the animation department since episode 1 and they most likely won't be sorting it out anytime soon....or at all. One main plus point was Koyori, who looked really cute in her outfit she wore during the festival. Also, she learnt how to cook multiple main meals in such a short amount of time too, considering her first attempts looked awful. She's a quick learner alright. =) |

Besides, she's really stupid and I can't believe she's the president of the Council of Pupils. Makihara doesn't teach us much about Koyori, only empty words! | Gawd I think I sensed a early death flag or something in this episode. That photo taken of Koyori and Tazuna and his family was the reason because it usually means there's gonna be some kind of tragic where a char(Koyori) is like dead or etc. The photo would usually be part of the ending and a memory to remember the char by. I hope I'm wrong because I love Tazuna's and Koyori's relationship as a potential couple. |

She's a quick learner alright. =) I feel that more than anything, this episode was likable precisely because it took a break from the contrived/forced plot points or events. Taking time in an almost SoL fashion to just show their day to day interactions was the right choice, I also found this episode really likable. In fact, apart from the occasional inconsistencies, I had pretty much no complaints at all with this ep. except wtf is Chain SM combo there xD I'm also glad they took a bit of time to address the aftermath of their battle with Lily and Masaru. Glad they admitted that they started it too. And yeah, GoHands made a strange choice to blow some budget on the first few seconds of the first ep to make it look appealing. I mean the fisheye lens with well animated, different (stressing this because not a lot of shows actually do this) people made it seem stylistic and I definitely didn't hate it, but going for sometching like that in the first few seconds of ep 1 and then reducing to static shots of crowds makes it really apparent that something is different here. also can I take a sec to comment on the fact that in some of the still shots 90% of the guys had Tazuna's hairstyle? I guess his hair really meshed there xD Koyori was definitely the star of this ep, she looked amazingly bashful with the yukata on and her smile was really cute when she ate with Tazuna. It was such a simple episode, but I think it's exactly because it was simple and didn't overextend or be too ambitious that the episode was so likable. also probably has to do with the fact that there was no weird CGI or off kilter backgrounds Anyhow, next ep they finally introduce the chara that I've been excited for the most. Can't wait to see her! |

| Hmm Koyori finally gets a phone eh. Its about time i think that she gets one. Makihara's wallpaper for his desktop though lol maybe he's afraid that he doesn't remember who he was. Tezuna asking whether Makihara was a handshaker was bound to happen as that caused no small amount of worry for Tezuna in the previous episode. The revelation that Koyori was born like how she is now but lost her ability to speak after was a surprise. I always thought that maybe she was born that way. So Koyori was born a hand shaker then eh. It makes sense that Tezuna would want to find the person that was Koyori's previous partner as he no doubt would want to know more about her. But since Makihara couldn't find them he had to put Koyori to sleep to save her. Its nice to see that the theme for this weeks episode is the culture festival though. It at least gives Tezuna and Koyori the chance to relax and have some fun. Hmm now that Koyori has a phone her attention is glued to her. Which is not a bad thing as she doesn't have that lost look she always seems to has before she had one. Wow thats a impressive stack of paperwork that she has to get though. The SU for this school must be pretty busy eh. It was funny watching both Lily and Tezuna apologize about the fight though but that fight was really no ones fault because their wishes simply clashed with each other. Lily's reaction to Tezuna mentioning her wish though was funny. Though her parents may be separating that may be sad it could also mean that there will be a new beginning for them as well. Still its nice to see that Lily isn't too bothered with this though. So Tezuna's friend wanted him to talk to Lily to try and get her to help them eh. When faced with that sort of pleading though its hard to refuse eh. But this is a problem for Lily as well. Its just like Tezuna to try and help everyone though but at the same time its nice to see Lily is actually willing to help sort this out. But too bad that Lily couldn't do anything in the end. Her impersonation of her brother though was certainly entertaining. Lily's cute when she's thinking about her brother though. But they still have one card to play and thats Chizuru. Wow thats a lot of desserts that Chizuru has there lol. Still its nice that Chizuru is willing to help them though. Hmm when you put it that way it does really help Chizuru in the long run. Though it looks like Chizuru has her own agenda as well. Culture festivals though always have a lot of work that always surprises me. But his friend is right in that Tezuna's attitude really has changed since he met Koyori. Man bad news arrives in three eh. For all of their chefs to be injured though thats just bad luck. Koyori is trying to help Tezuna and the class by learning how to cook eh. Wow that sure was unexpected. Though thats some crazy moves that Koyori did when she first started cooking. Learning to cook is not a one step process but its nice to see Tezuna and his family provide support to Koyori though. Even by tasting her dishes and providing tips is the only thing they can do. Its nice to see that Koyori's perseverance was a success though. Lol Chizuru getting mistaken for a child again lol. Wow Koyori really looks cute in that outfit that Chizuru gave her. An excellent way to showcase a new outfit for Chizuru though lol. So thats what she had in mind. Tezuna and Koyori really do look a couple in their outfits though. Hmm while Tezuna fixes and Koyori cooks thats one hell of a combo. Yet at the same time both are helping each other. Thats some teamwork. But its nice to see that they now have Lily and her brother as allies as well. Its nice to see that the festival was such a success. This was a pretty chill and relaxing episode. Its nice to see that they manage to make peace with Lily and gathering more allies to their cause. At the same time it was nice to see that the culture festival was a great success as well. The bond between Koyori and Tezuna has really improved and seeing Lily's interactions with her brother is funny. It was surprising seeing the first pair of handshakers that they faced having fun at the festival. Its nice seeing all the hand shakers have fun at the festival though. |

| Nice episode. Koyori in Japanese dress looks cute. Looking forward for the next episode as they will fight the idol who looks like Noire or even Kurumi. which I have been waiting since the start of this anime. |

| This was a pretty dull episode with a lot of the same tehincal problems, stupid characters, and plotholes that plague the series. Even still, this was actually better than all of the previous abominable episodes combined, and I don't actually hate this one. It's dull, by it doesn't have as many plotholes and horribly constructed and places moments as the previous, and nothing exceptionally bad yet new was added. It doesn't show new characters that are horrible and it has less of Lily, which is always a plus. It also adds character to Koyori, which is about damn time. It's boring and bad, but not offensively so, unlike every episode prior. 2/5 |

| Welp, i guessed the show would be a lot better if it never include any of the bad battle scene at all. It hurt so much that i can't thing a single good commentary about that shit. But, look at this. Such a warm heart episode full of romantic feeling blushed everywhere. Some characters had their funny moments. I noticed the legal loli had a nice appearance rather than just her annoyance on some attempt before. Koyori's still defend her cuteness, which was good for shit show like these. The plot somehow stood a very cliche theme. But, its okay, rather defensing some horrible crap battle with nonsense style plus no effort to released its good one. Then, with all of that conclude, let just move on to had seen some crappy battle action movement on the next episode. Sighed. Dont worry, i am all right! |
