Tch! I thought I would be hearing Pica's voice today, but gonna have to wait for another week. xD But that preview though. Pica will unleash his wrath!

Episode this week was alright. Luffy meets 3 of the Executives for the first time. Then they end up meeting Fujitora again on the street. Was he always that huge? o.o

I hope Fujitora has a better reason for not fighting Doflamingo. Seriously this whole incident would end if he fought Doflamingo. It makes complete sense to fight Doflamingo's gang instead of everybody else. Also Fujitora knows that King Riku is wanted dead as well, so I'm guessing he has something else in mind.

Funny how luffy dragged Zoro along so that he won't get lost LOL :')) Koala has legit fihsman karate awesome! Issho-san is a deep Admiral, like wow. Doffy's family meeting though.

Zoro vs Fujitora is gon' be good, next episode will be packed with action and laughter.

Fujitora has easily become my favorite Admiral with his debut this arc. He's just a bad ass, good luck to Zoro next week. He's going to need it.

True, that somehow reminded me of Hokuto no Ken, where people were sometimes drawn larger to show how impressive they appeared to the heroes.

I hope we finally hear Pica's voice next episode!

My guess is that Fujitora wants Doflamingo to create a mess, so that he can use it to get rid of the whole Shichibukai system.
If he captures Doflamingo, maybe he thinks his case won't be as strong?

I honestly hope the reasoning is better than that. Not sure what else it could really be, but that's kind of stupid in my opinion.

It was a pretty good 15 minutes. I hate how you have to skip to like 6 minutes to actually start the new episode. Next week should be a great episode.

Solid episode. Nico Robin doesn't tell Luffy she's with Sabo and Koala from Revolutionary Army. An unnecessary secret, but maybe there's more behind it. For me Koala and Marine admiral Fujitora (or Issho) made the episode. What is Fujitora's real plan? Exciting.

damn, this series goes way to slow, but I guess that's how they do it. we didn't see anything. I guess that's what they mean by 1 chapter each ep. At this rate there will be 80-90 ep in the Dressrosa arc. I think they started at ep. 621, so they are already up to 61 ep.

I understand them too since the manga is not finished with this arc either.

Anyways, nice ep. I see that Kolala have nice fighting skills and as almost all of the characters she had to have big tits. -.- now i know where FT have got their ideas from lol.

Hm, the episode was a bit lame. And why does Koala have so huge boobs? -_-
The scene where Doffy and the other were drinking wine was funny because the one with the mask nipped on his wine too XD
I'm curious what's gonna happen in the next episode.

Well it's just a guess.
Based on friends reading the manga, don't expect anything too good.. this arc is a mess.
And it shows on the anime already.

re-watching the episode he seems to hate the current WG, so I'm not sure...

Not true, the only thing wrong with this arc, imo, is the pacing. Other than that, i personally think this has been a great ride so far.

wow Koala knows fishman karate! that's nice. I've been meaning to say this but she's that kid who was adopted by pirates right? She used to work like a slave even forcing a smile despite all the hard work. It's great to see her doing well.

I think Fujitora's power has something to do with gravity right? Damn beating him would be really hard.

This is a 24-minute episode (with a 6-minute flashback and opening song) but it feels like only a minute has passed. Well guess I'll just have to wait for another week.

Not really, but you were close. She was a Celestial Dragon Slave that was saved by Fisher Tiger, like Hancock.
Though, for the government she was considered a criminal, so the other slaves that were with her asked Fisher Tiger and the Sun Pirates to take her to her hometown, given that they too were considered criminals for the same reason(Slaves that escaped from the Celestial Dragons).

In that trip she created a strong bond with the fishmen, but her hometown framed the fishmen in exchange for Koala freedom(because if the government caught her there they would take her again to become a slave), in that betrayal Fisher Tiger died! Well, he died because he didn't want a human blood transfusion.

It will be interesting to see if the government kept their words and gave Koala freedom. Probably not! We know how much scumbags the Celestial Dragons are.

Fujitora... I thought he was a cool character at first, turns out he's just Mingo's b**ch, I don't care if he said he'll deal with him after the Straw Hats, how many lives would've been saved if he'd just turned against this pink devil much earlier?

After all that bastard has done and everything that has been revealed about the darkness of the island, this guy still only wants to catch Luffy and the others!

If the Marines turned on the Don's people (while still helping the citizens) this whole mess would be resolved in much less time. Also kinda annoys me that everyone has decided to turn against the Straw Hats even after they saved all those who were once toys.

i.e.
Straw Hats save Dressrosa = Straw Hats become wanted Criminals in Dressrosa <-- LOGIC

So Señor Pink actually has a use for his abilities? All he did last time (and it was all several episodes' minutes worth fer cryin' out loud!) was swim around Franky, suck his pacifier and brandy baby bottle, make comments here and there about being a man, grab the upper bikini of his groupies then wipe it off his face, the groupies then faints out of admiration of his "hard boiled" (whatever that is) lifestyle then back to swimming again, rinse, repeat...annoying as hell!
You see there's no need to wonder where your god is,
Coz he's right here! ...and he's fresh out of mercy.

Goddamn Koala has got some moves!
Her and Sabo are such fun characters so far~

Lol at poor Law stuck over Luffy's shoulder XD

Fujitora showed up at the end there, and judging by the preview, it looks like him and Zoro are gonna clash. I'm guessing Pica will end up interrupting though, because unless some sorta interruption happens, Zoro is brown bread. He just is not ready to go against a sword-wielding admiral yet, even if he is one of the strongest straw hats.

Loved how Doffy and all his subordinates are just sat on the plateau drinking red wine to the wondrous music of the angry and dying townsfolk.

Luffy, Law and Zoro have split up from Viola and Riku, Luffy grabbing ahold of both of them, Law still in cuffs, and jumping off the plateau to do the Luffy special, head straight for Doflamingo. Franky is headed to the factory which has no guards right now due to Doflamingo’s confidence in it’s impenetrable nature, going so far to destroy the keys. If Franky wasn’t a mega cool cyborg who I have faith in, I’d say this would be a job for Galdino. Machvise, Senor Pink, and Dellinger were still looking for Franky and Luffy landed right in between them. They almost ganged up on Luffy and Law incredibly hard but Zoro casually kicked Dellinger to the side and freed Luffy. Inside the underground, Sabo and Koala, presumably Hack as well despite it not being shown, all separated to pursue their investigation here and go on with their personal missions and Robin looked a little disappointed in seeing her friends go so soon, it was cute. And for the time being Robin, Rebecca, and Usopp are staying together, I wouldn’t be surprised if Robin and Usopp are tied together for most of the remainder of this arc now that he needs a bodyguard.

To speak in more detail, earlier in the episode, Law mentioned something incredible. It is crucial not to take Doflamingo down but rather to isolate him from his SMILE’s thus making Kaido kill Doflamingo. If they kill Doflamingo, it is them to blame for the SMILE’s being depleted and thus they make an enemy out of Kaido instead. Law said this as a warning to Luffy which continues to have us ask if Law is the type of guy to sacrifice Dressrosa for his own interests, his kindness so far has either been pragmatic like with Smoker or convenient for him like helping the kids. That said, Luffy was able to show everyone the kind of guy he is by declaring how that is not an issue to worry about right now. He lives with no regrets and he wants to help his new friends, his nakama’s wishes, and kick the hell out of Don Quixote Doflamingo. Plus, he’s already kind of at war with two of the emperors, literally with Big Mam and Blackbeard does want Luffy’s head already as Jimbei told us. What’s one more to add onto that list? It looks like this was not initially about taking down Kaido but rather to use the Straw Hats will naturally transform into a genuine plan to kill Kaido for their own lives. And, I just love the tangled connections and deep ramifications of taking actions like this, Law wanting to turn the system against Doflamingo and Luffy rather willing to challenge the entire system to take him out.

Meanwhile, we also got a look into Doflamingo’s palace and a few scenes focusing on the navy’s role in this. The navy are restraining those who can’t control themselves which is a great action to take. Maynard is okay and ready to testify everything he experienced against Doflamingo but unlike what he and Bastille want to do, Fujitora refuses to focus on Doflamingo at this moment. I had thought the birdcage inherently meant for making an enemy out of Fujitora but that is not the case. And if he does trust Doflamingo’s game would end if the 12 were caught, maybe that would be the best solution in stopping this massacre. Either way, him confronting Luffy’s group at the end of the episode tells us that his intentions should become clear soon. We also got a nice and emotional scene showing his distaste for the government and how it perpetuates this behavior with the warlord system. Doflamingo on the other hand continued to show forgiveness in his own men. Despite them making excuses for their failings and suggesting it wasn’t their fault, two failing which have caused unfixable damage to Doflamingo’s kingdom, he forgave them just as he forgave Baby 5 and Buffalo. Just as he chose not to chase after the Sunny when Giolla had failed her mission and been taken hostage. This is a character trait of his which continues to be very prevalent. Further, he plans to use Fujitora while he can and then kill him afterwards since he will eventually become an enemy. There is something chilling about the phrase “there is no advantage to keeping him alive”.
