Shebaaaa!! ;-;! Ugo gets custody of Aladdin. Solomon's.. vessel? appears and the 72 djinns come to fuck shit up. Seems it didn't really go well... A Falan and Wahid scene. And everyone just dying. Some narration which I guess to be by Ugo..? Solomon using his wisdom power, the one we know as "Solomon's Wisdom". Him taking Arba for the final showdown I suppose. Wow.

I feel so sorry for Falan she just lost another person who was very dear to her. The love of her life it wasn't enough to just take her child, but also Wahid. Dang Ohtaka the past few chapters you have been very cruel I can't begin to imagine what she has planned for the cast we all know and love for future chapters.

Judging from the last page the next chapter or the one after that will close the Alma Toran arc.

Falan I really hope you are saved and can finally be at your family's side again wither it be in SnB or in this manga. T^T

That was terribly fast. More so than the previous chapter but this one felt like it was all over the place.

Why was Solomon.. Solomon again?(can't think of a better way to say it)

Wahid's death didn't create that much of an impact to me. Sure it was sad but the pacing just ruined it for me.

And thus Aladdin was born but only that, Ugo was entrusted by Solomon to create a world anew. Oh this back story has so many angles. I might have to re-read it again but it's quite something.

Think I saw someone post a quote of Ohtaka saying that it's been planned to kill off some of the characters we've grown to love. Not in those exactly words, but yeah.

Wahid; great father, great husband, crazy person.

So, I take it next chapter will completely wrap up this arc? Been itching to get back to the main cast, but I still wanted more of these chapters.

I'm confused too how Solomon became the old Solomon again. Didn't his consciousness or mind became one with the rukh? I thought he was already a mindless puppet.

Even the Alma Toran was shocked that he was fighting too. They weren't expecting him to be there.

So Ugo created another world? I thought Solomon was the one who created it. But it's evident in this chapter that Ugo is the creator of the current world. Basically, he's the god.

So, is Arba hearing Illah's voice or would it turn out to be that of someone else? David's is the interesting possibility. David lived for 800 years and was the mentor of many magicians across the centuries, including Solomon and Ugo. He must've came up with a lot if magical theories and formulas, which might've served as the basis of many if not all of Ugo's creations. Throughout his life and before he died, David must've prepared for the new world and already conceived a plan to return.

I wish if Momo played a bigger role after the time skip. He was one of the main reasons why Sheba changed from a bigot to an advocate of co-existense. I was hoping he will protect her against Arba and dies while onveying that he forigives her. Such wasted potential.

The big djinn with the mustache and tiny horns could be Forneus: Rametoto's djinn. Dantalion appeared in 227 with horns ad hair similar to that which Koumei had during his djinn equip. The three headed djinn must be Mira Dianus's djinn Cerberus. As for that woman with the funny teeth, her necklace is similar to the one Sinbad is wearing, but I wonder who she is. I also wonder how Shax and Purson look like.

While not on the same level of mediocrity as the Magnostadt medium battle chapters that interestingly were serialized around the same time last year, the last third of this arc has been lackluster, both in pacing and in the art. I can't wait until Ohtaka gets back to the main story and retains the quality you'd expect from her.

What happened when Wahid reached for Illah? He was saying he'll be searching for Tess??? I didn't find the images to be fully explanatory.

You took his words too literally. He meant that when he dies, he would go to the same place where Tess is (inside Il-Ilah) so he just made Il Ilah descend and destroyed the world.

Pretty dark stuff. I'm amazed that Arba is that incredibly strong to match Solomon.

So Wahid was pretty much...the medium. No one saw that coming. Certainly was "different" than the Magnostadt medium.

Gotta agree that this chapter was a bit of a mess.

Yeah I feel like there has to be something more to her being so obsessed with father, to the point of hearing his voice, something that no one else experienced. I don't like explaining it with "she's just that devout" so hopefully it is something like David imitating Il Illah's voice. Most importantly, Arba didn't begin to really lose it and start making her move until after the battle. Could just be explained by her seeing father in that state as well as the situation with Solomon, but at that point David had finally "become one" with Il Illah. So maybe the voice grew stronger and urged her to make her move at that point.

Either way, I expect Gyokuen to get some extra flashback time in the future to fully explain this shit and give her the characterization she needs.

If the voice is indeed David's, it will give meaning to Arba being created by him and will explain her taking up the eight-pointed star symbol, which was introduced along with David and appeared in 222.5 right after David finished his entry. The sequencing in both ch 222 and 222.5 when he was introduced hinted that the symbol is possibly connected to him and his agenda. In 222.5, and judging by the fact he still had his staff, he oversaw the events in the summit when he was still alive in Alma Toran and possibly oversaw Arba rebelling against Solomon and establishing Al-Thamen.

I don't think Ohtaka made Arba created by David for no reason and I suspect it will play some role at some point. I won't be surprised if it turned out Arba was either programmed into executing his agenda against her will or without her knowing. The medium plan and bringing Illah back could turn out to be just David's plan to be reborn into the new world and merging with Illah. He talked about the new world in his agenda and that he will reach the true singularity (possibly referring to Sinbad)

Well the magicians did lose their strength after Solomon filled the rukh with his will. After finding out that using the black rukh can enhance their magic, it's understandable for some magicians to fight against Solomon.

tbh, i kinda worry the most about 1: what kouen has planned for alibaba, and 2: why hassan and zaynab weren't allowed to bury kassim.

@Jarjaxle His son is probably White Rukh, while he is Black Rukh. So currently they still can't reunite
