| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- A ton of needless scenes involving Gai, in my opinion. Loved the way they ended it with Sakura destroying the doll, but I feel they will dedicate a nice portion of next episode's time to explaining why. The scenes of the Naruto: Shippuuden movie in the beginning and ending were mildly interesting. Looks on par with the first movie. |

| I agreen with both of you. naruto still hasnt done anything.. how many ep. will it take, I wonder =/ gai sensei's team, I was doing the exact same thing, tyce... its so boring watching the same thing over and over again and it was a good end, which I also get the same feeling, that they are going to explain every detail about it in the next ep. -_-' the op/ ed were interesting, cant wait for the movie =D |

| I agree with all of you about the Gai scenes XD; I kind of just stared at the screen like '....Ok?...' I also loved how Sakura broke the puppet at the end X3. I wonder how long Naruto can run.... .. O.o; I have a question though >.>.. I dont read the manga so I dont know where its at there, but does anyone know when Hinata is going to show up ? XDD I love how the plots going right now and all, but it seems as though all the characters have show up in Shippuuden now except for her.. o.o Any reason? |

| Haha. Pretty much share the opinions of most people in this thread. Having read the manga, how this episode turned out wasn't surprising and with the movie premiering and all, it's no surprise. If I hadn't read the manga though, I don't think I would've felt any better about this episode. As mentioned before, Naruto didn't do anything new or MORE than what he's done in the previous episodes. Attack of the clones hasn't changed in the last few episodes. A few kicks, jumps, screams here and there but no REAL progress. Oh and I didn't find Sasori's Iron Sand to be any more spectacular either. I'm just going to go with the animation studio was lazy with Sasori changing his sand into So yeah. I voted that this episode was okay. It's not BAD because it's not a filler (though I'm finding the episodes a lot less important to keep). If I liked it, it would've met MY expectations not how it's supposed to be dragged out so the show doesn't catch up to the manga. |

| Don't you think Sasori was really stupid? I mean, he had like a million small iron sand particles, but instead of making them swarm all around the room like bullets (so Sakura wouldn't have a chance to dodge) he made them into two big shapes which Sakura easily could punch away... Stupidity. |

| And here I thought that there was absolutely nothing to complain about in this episode, aside from the AWFUL animation for the Gai teams fights, but I guess I was wrong. I enjoyed it, it's pretty cool watching Sakura being a badass. |

| In the flashbacks where Tsunade is training Sakura, shouldn't Sakura have short hair?It seems like it was really early in the first series she had to cut her hair in a battle. Also, what clips are you guys talking about being from the movie? I didn't notice any. |

| the half with guy team was just to stall time. the other half on the other hand was good. don't know why people complaining about animation, it's pretty good (for anime that airs pretty week without clear destination). |
| The Team Guy scenes were so pointless and boring. Aye gg's for Sakura! She destroyed 3rd Kazekage human puppet. I guess she already had the antidote injected in her and she acted as if she was poisoned. |
