| Just looking at that journey in the desert made this episode look heated. Got a very adventurous vibe from this though. I find it funny how they were able to carry Boxxo on this journey and he of course, he helps the party members like usual. Their party feels like a family together. |

| To think that the most degenerate character in the whole series had a legitimate tragic reason for his degeneracy. Luckily he has now found the over-the-top evil thieves who stole his partner's shoes, so next episode we can look forward to some sweet, sweet revenge. |

| Cartoon villain, please! Hevee the one-dimensional boot pervert has promoted to a two-dimensional boot pervert. A good showing for Shui here as well, being able to convince Hevee not to go alone. Also tsundere for some reason. Our heroes are all poised to kick ass after a decent setup for the finale. Go get 'em! |

Classic case of writer making villain as edgy as possible to be hated but still. The Hebui and Schui ship stuff was good in this as well. Schui is adorable. Finale next week, let’s hopefully get a good fight. |

| Damn, to think Hevee was hiding this darkness, and there was an actual serious reason behind his footwear fetish, the vending machine anime surprises me yet again. What an awful thing that happened to Hevee’s friend tho, no wonder he’s so dedicated to revenge that he took the first hint at finding the killer and left everyone behind, but thankfully Shui let the man know how much she cares and brought him back to his senses, Shui is usually just the silly girl that eats a lot but she also has a lot of heart, VA did a great job there too. And that takes us to the encounter with the bad guys in the Desert Pillar, it was a hot journey getting there (including everyone getting the hots for Boxxo out of nowhere lol) but they made it without melting, and they were met with probably the most textbook villains I’ve ever seen lol. The leader basically said “Haha I love being evil, we love being evil, right my fellow evil guys?”, but at the same time I guess it’s good that there’s no reason to feel bad for these guys, they absolutely deserve what’s coming to them, hopefully we will get a satisfying beatdown for the finale, unfortunately the Kerioyl plot won’t be solved this season (I’m guessing) but I will be hoping for a continuation, even if we were lucky to even get this one lol. |
| Hevee's worries about the boots given to Lammis for winning last week's beauty pageant grand prix, brings them to the literate Scorching Heat stratum, so what they're supposed to do there? The stratum director sensing Boxxo contributing to the scorching heat with cool drinks, and that's business for him, while Lammis is left to gather intel of where those boots came from. Mishuel is there as well, that provides half of the puzzle to seek this Tashtay person, and the other half, from the foot fetish priest himself about the Untiring Bootsfeet and his childhood partner who got absolutely brutally decapacitated waist down. Shui certainly had her grievances with Hevee choosing to keep this to himself, and by sharing his tragic story, at least the group had a plan going to the scorching desert ruins with Hevee finding closure of his own. The Desert Pillar ruins that the group is heading to, covered under a placement illusion, and with monsters that only respond to commands to act, it creates quite the opportunity to turn themselves at each other, at least on the opening ground level. And as expected, with traps laid over and monsters at every level, or rather, the Billowing Flames party on the next floor above working for the Netherlord for as simple as monetary terms, Tashtay and his group are the prmary cause of it all. Well, an anticlimax way of putting out the final boss villain, but it's stretching over a basic story premise such as this. Hopefully the finale will account for this fight. |

| It wasn't an obsession with a boot fetish: Hebui did it to find the murderer of his beloved. I'm not sure if he masked his pain in the fetish to hide it, or if he actually developed a fixation on shoes over time. In any case, the group dug their own grave when they revealed that they were responsible, without any sign of remorse. |

| tashtay's downfall was due to his arrogance lol he kept bragging about his so-called achievements without realising the danger lurking underneath his confession lol can't wait to see how hevee deals the final blow on him to avenge his friend's death. |

| Hevee's primed and ready to deal with the villains who mutilated his former companion, and I can't wait to see them get their comeuppance. Also what an excellent line delivery at the end there. |
