| I don't play games, I think most games that came out starting with the release of the 1st xbox are cringe (content wise) or bad (gameplay). I'm not against playing videogames however. |

| Hardware limitations might be an issue. Nowadays, even the least technically complex games require at least 6 gb of VRAM. Anime are just video files, and as long as your compute is capable of decoding H.265 – you're fine. Even if it's not, you can spend some time converting to an older format and still be fine. |

| I don’t dislike video games, but I almost never play them because, for some reason, whenever I play anything for more than 5 minutes my eyes start turning red (regardless of the genre, whether it’s 3D or 2D, or if the game has flashing lights). |

| I have nothing against games or gamers, but beyond the occasional mobile game (Hearthstone, Mario Kart Tour, a bunch of random casual games) I don't play them myself. I did when I was younger, starting with the SNES, going through all the major consoles of the 90s to the mid 00s, but the last ones I bought were the Wii and the 3DS. I was never a huge gamer (unlike my sister, who still is), but I had fun with them. There's probably still some games I'd enjoy playing, but not enough to justify actually buying anything. |

| I wouldn't consider myself a gamer, but I've been playing games casually since my childhood. Probably played like a 100 games give or take a few. Pretty much only popular ones. My favorite genres are survival horror, shooter, fighting games and action adventure. Not big on mmorp or role playing games in general. Exception would be Pokemon. And I also liked the first Mass Effect when I was a child. |

| I play some video games, but not really those I guess you'd tend to associate with anime fans. I used to play some JRPGs when I was younger but once the FF series started to drop off, I lost interest in putting in that amount of time. I tend to play couch co-op games, city builders or, occasionally, really immersive Western RPGs like Mass Effect or Elder Scrolls. Even then, it isn't a lot of my free time. Maybe a few hours a month. I mostly read, go out or watch anime. |

I'm living proof that someone can be deeply into anime, manga, movies and Japanese drama without needing to chase the latest games, consoles or grind through side quests. Anime and manga are rich enough worlds on their own, that doesn’t need a controller to be immersive. |

| I don't really play games anymore besides fgo (a gacha game) and I was never really a gamer. I still do play games from time to time, with the most recent example is Stellar Blade. I love replaying Nier Automata though so it's arguably the most video game I put my hours into. I'll eventually get to the Replicant remake in the future. |
